A pressure relief valve assembly is disclosed. The pressure relief valve assembly comprises an inlet manifold, a first pressure relief valve, a second pressure relief valve, and an outlet manifold. The first pressure relief valve is connected to and in fluid communication with the inlet manifold. The second pressure relief valve is connected to and in fluid communication with the inlet manifold and parallel to the first pressure relief valve. The outlet manifold is connected to and in fluid communication with the first pressure relief valve and the second pressure relief valve.

Low-profile paired relief valve

A CO2 low-pressure shut-off system is described. The low-pressure shut-off system may include a low-pressure shut-off valve including a first valve inlet, a second valve inlet and at least one valve outlet, a solenoid valve including a valve inlet, a first valve outlet, and a second valve outlet. The solenoid may be configured to direct a flow of a pressurized gas from the valve inlet into at least one of the first valve outlet and the second valve outlet. The CO2 low-pressure shut-off system further includes a gas monitor electrically coupled to the solenoid valve. The gas monitor may be configured to transmit one of a first signal and a second signal to the solenoid valve to control the flow of the pressurized gas through the solenoid valve.

Low pressure shut off valve and system

A combination valve for pressure building and final-line gas regulation is disclosed. An example valve includes a body defining a first tank port and a second tank port, an outlet port, and a linking chamber fluidly connected to the second tank port. The valve includes a first piston diaphragm at least partially defining a first pressure cavity fluidly connected to the first tank port and a first plug operatively connected to the first piston diaphragm. The first pressure cavity is fluidly connected to the linking chamber when the first plug is in an open position. The valve includes a second piston diaphragm at least partially defining a second pressure cavity fluidly connected to the outlet port and a second plug operatively connected to the second piston diaphragm. The second pressure cavity is fluidly connected to the linking chamber when the second plug is in an open position.

Combination valve for pressure building and final-line gas regulation

A relief valve including a body defining an inlet. A valve closure element is disposed at least partially within the body and arranged to allow selective flow through the relief valve in response to a predetermined pressure. An outlet housing that is separate from and coupled to the inlet housing is rotatable with respect to the inlet housing. The outlet housing defines an outlet that is in selective communication with the inlet.

Relief valve with directable outlet

A high flow pressure regulator valve is disclosed having an integral pilot valve. The disclosed valve includes a pressure regulating portion including inlet and outlet ports, a valve seat, valve disc and a spring for biasing the valve disc into engagement with the valve seat. The valve also includes a pilot valve portion positioned on the flow regulating portion. The pilot valve portion includes a pilot spring, a diaphragm and a pusher post. One end of the pusher post is positioned toward the diaphragm and a second end is disposed within an annulus region. The valve further includes a pressure path that enables selective fluid communication between the outlet port, the annulus, an inner chamber region disposed beneath the diaphragm, and an intermediate chamber disposed above the valve disc. Other embodiments are disclosed and claimed.

Pressure regulator having an integral pilot and self-relieving mechanism

An adjustable economizer valve is disclosed that does not overlap the pressure build function, which allows a single valve to be used for both high and low gas use applications. The valve will economize well and reduces system pressure when needed in low use applications. The valve also provides maximum pressure build capacity when needed in high gas use applications. The valve seals off the pressure build outlet from the economizer connection with a seal around a pusher post disposed in the valve body. The pusher post has an internal flow path that is sealed by a floating device that can create a seal from diaphragm pressure and can open when diaphragm pressure is removed. In exemplary, non-limiting, embodiments, the floating device can be a ball or a disc plate.

Pressure build economizer valve

A diaphragm controlled bypass valve includes a diaphragm valve portion and a needle valve portion. The diaphragm valve portion regulates pressurized gas supplied from a pump to determine whether or not to open or close a needle valve. The needle valve portion includes an inlet port, an outlet port and a flow pathway defined between the inlet and outlet ports. A needle pin is disposed within the flow pathway and is coupled to a diaphragm positioned within the diaphragm valve portion. When the diaphragm is displaced in response to changes in pressure, the needle valve pin is likewise displaced which opens and closes the flow pathway.

Diaphragm controlled bypass valve

A diaphragm controlled bypass valve includes a diaphragm valve portion and a needle valve portion. The diaphragm valve portion regulates pressurized gas supplied from a pump to determine whether or not to open or close a needle valve. The needle valve portion includes an inlet port, an outlet port and a flow pathway defined between the inlet and outlet ports. A needle pin is disposed within the flow pathway and is coupled to a diaphragm positioned within the diaphragm valve portion. When the diaphragm is displaced in response to changes in pressure, the needle valve pin is likewise displaced which opens and closes the flow pathway. A second flowpath disposed in the needle valve portion communicates with the inlet port to redirect the supply of pressurized gas to a relief port.
