A computer-implemented system and method for offering merchant and shopper-friendly parking reservations through tourist privileges is provided. A tourist identification card is issued to a tourist via an agency and is associated with one or more parking privileges. A presence of a motor vehicle in at least one parking space is identified and the tourist identification card is received via a smart parking meter that is associated with the parking space. The received tourist identification card is authenticated and parking privileges are provided upon the authentication of the received tourist identification card for the parking space. The parking privileges include one or more of extending parking limits, reserving tourist spaces, and reducing parking rates. An indicator for an unavailable status is displayed for the parking space.

A system and method for translating a 2D image to a 3D image is provided. A 2D image having pixels grouped into tiles is obtained. Contour lines associated with an altitude value are located on the 2D image. The altitude values are determined. Each tile in the 2D image is represented using at least one voxel. A height map of the voxels is generated based on the contour lines and altitude values as a base layer for a 3D image. A terrain type of each of the voxels of the 3D image is determined and objects are placed in the 3D image. The 3D image is output.

System and method for translating a 2D image to a 3D image

A computer-implemented system and method for planning recurring events is provided. Event objects for events are stored in a database. A trigger notifying the beginning of an event is received and an event object representing the event is generated in response to the trigger. An event class is associated with a set of parameters and is assigned to the event object. A set of activity data is created for the event object and each activity data includes structured and unstructured data describing an event activity occurred during the event. At least one event object is retrieved from the database as a model and the parameter values of the model event object are displayed. At least one of the parameter values of the model event object is modified and the modification is reflected against other parameter values of the model event object that are dependent on the modified parameter value.

Computer-implemented system and method for generating recurring events

A multi-tier blockchain-based method for document transformation and accountability is provided. A set of transaction documents for a transfer of real property is received and the transfer is recorded via a multi-tier blockchain. The set of transaction documents is stored on a ledger associated with two or more supernodes in a tier of supernodes. A cryptographic hash of the set of transaction documents is provided to a different tier of nodes and stored on a ledger associated with each of the nodes in the different tier. A number of supernodes in the tier is larger than a number of the nodes in the different tier.

Multi-tier blockchain-based system and method for document transformation and accountability

A blockchain-based method for purchase document transformation and accountability is provided. Offer documents for a real estate transaction are maintained and a review of the documents is performed by comparing populated fields of each document with offer compliance guidelines. When the fields of the offer documents comply with the offer compliance guidelines, the offer documents are grouped as an offer for the transaction. Public and private documents from the offer are formed as separate data blocks, which are provided to a tier of supernodes. Each data block is added to a ledger of transactions via one of the supernodes. A copy of each data block is stored on each of the supernodes. An immutable record of each data block is transmitted from the supernode to a tier of network nodes and the immutable record of each data block is committed to a blockchain via each of the network nodes.

A system and method for document transformation is provided. An address is received. A document set is generated based on the address. Each document includes data fields and an identifier for each data field. A transaction number is assigned to the document set. Data values are received for population of the data fields in one of the documents. One of the identifiers is identified for one of the data fields in one of the remaining documents. One of the data fields is determined in one of the remaining documents. A single-tier blockchain-based system and method for document transformation and accountability is provided. Transaction documents including document templates relating to a transfer of real property are maintained. Each template includes form elements. The form elements are each associated with a data field identifier and a data value. A data model is maintained for the transaction documents and includes the data field identifiers and the data values for the form elements. A request is received for the transaction documents. The form elements of the transaction documents are automatically populated with the data values via the data model in response to the request. Compliance checking is performed on the data values populating the form elements. A cryptographic hash of the transaction documents is committed to a blockchain copy stored by one or more network nodes in a single-tier when no errors are identified in the data values during the compliance checking.

A system and method for document transformation and recordation is provided. Documents for a transaction of real property are identified based on a jurisdiction in which the real property is located. Each document includes a plurality of data fields and each data field is associated with a data field identifier. A data value is received in at least one of the data fields of one or more of the documents. The data fields in the documents associated with the data field identifiers that match the data field identifiers of the data fields in which the data values are received are identified. The identified data fields are automatically populated with the data values based on the data field identifiers associated with the data values. A completeness rule is applied to the documents by verifying whether all required documents for completing the transaction in the jurisdiction are satisfied by the documents.

A blockchain-based method for document transformation and accountability is provided. Document templates for real property transfer are maintained. Each template includes data fields. Some of the document templates are collected as transaction documents for a transaction for the property transfer. The data fields are populated with received data values. Compliance checking is performed on the populated data values. The checked transaction documents are provided to a network having a first tier of network nodes and a second tier of supernodes. One of the supernodes is selected to validate the transaction documents. The validated transaction documents are added to a ledger of transactions. A hash of the validated transaction documents is transmitted to the first tier. One of the network nodes is selected to commit the hash to a blockchain of the first tier. The hash is committed to copies of the blockchain.

A system and method for translating a 3D image into a 2D image is provided. A 3D image of voxels and properties associated with the voxels is analyzed. Each of the voxels in the 3D image is scaled to match a size of an output tile for a 2D image. Colors are added to the 2D image based on the properties of the voxels. Contour lines are added to the 2D image based on changes in altitude represented by the 3D image. The 2D image is output.

A search is conducted for the reserved parking spaces available for valet services for the motor vehicle. At least one of the reserved parking spaces available for the motor vehicle is identified and the motor vehicle is parked in the identified reserved parking space.

A method for listing document transformation and recordation is provided. Documents relating to a real estate listing are identified and each document includes data fields associated with data field identifiers. A data value is received from a user in at least one of the data fields. A data model includes the data values received from the user and the data field identifiers of the data fields for which the data values are received is generated. The data fields associated with data field identifiers that match the data field identifiers of the data fields in which the data values are received are identified and populated with the data values. One or more correctness rules to be applied to the populated data fields of the documents are identified and applied to the documents by verifying that the data values populating the data fields are verified by one or more authoritative sources.

Blockchain-based system and method for listing document transformation and accountability

A multi-tier blockchain-based method for document transformation and accountability is provided. A set of transaction documents for transfer of real property is received. At least a portion of the transaction documents is processed by providing the transaction documents to a tier of supernodes and selecting one of the supernodes. The transaction documents are added via the selected supernode to a blockchain maintained by each supernode. An immutable record of the transaction documents is transmitted from the selected supernode to a different tier of network nodes. One of the network nodes is identified to commit the immutable record of the transaction documents to a blockchain of the different tier. The immutable record of the transaction documents is committed to copies of the blockchain stored by the other network nodes.

A single-tier blockchain-based method for document transformation and accountability is provided. Document templates relating to a transfer of real property are maintained. Each template includes a plurality of form elements each associated with a data field identifier. A subset of the document templates are collected as transaction documents for a transaction regarding the transfer of real property. The cryptographic hash of the transaction documents is committed to a blockchain copy stored by one or more of the network nodes in the single tier and the transaction documents are stored.

A system and method for managing a multiplicity of motor vehicle parking spaces through a server is provided. Smart parking devices and vehicle occupancy sensors that are each physically proximate to and which correspond to at least one of the parking spaces is interfaced with the server. Parking availability indicators that are each associated with at least one of the parking spaces is interfaced with the server. Street sweeping activity affecting the parking spaces is planned and comprising times and dates over which street sweeping of the parking spaces will occur. Any requests for reserving the use of the parking spaces during the street sweeping activity is denied. The parking availability indicators are activated associated with the parking spaces affected by the street sweeping activity. Occupancy of each of the parking spaces by a motor vehicle is sensed through the nearest vehicle occupancy sensor.
