The disclosure provides a method of isolating one or more compounds present in fruit seed extracts that have anti-ty-rosinase or whitening activity, compositions having one or more fruit seed extracts that have anti-tyrosinase or whitening (lightening) activity.

Skin lightening compounds from fruit seed extracts

Technical challenges of efficiently and cost-effectively deriving energy from the sun are addressed using a manifold and an array of evacuated tubes in fluid connection, in a butterfly or other planar arrangement. Tube and manifold fluid guides are plumbed for coaxial flow and/or parallel flow, and thermally protected by sleeves, stainless steel piping, and/or vacuum. Tubes are provided with a selective low emissivity coating and/or internal mirror to reduce thermal loss. The solar absorption surface of evacuated tubes may be five square meters or more, with only low-quality concentration optics, or no concentration optics used. The tubes array tracks the sun with a two-axis motion platform. Fluid operating temperatures range from 150 to 300 degrees centigrade, depending on the sunlight exposure, working fluid, and supplemental heat source if any. Fluid may circulate heat between the manifold and heat engine, cogeneration facility, and/or other module.

A composition of matter exhibiting diastolic blood pressure lowering activity and LDL cholesterol lowering activity in a human subject. The composition of matter consists of a mixture of cold-pressed botanic seed oils and a mixture of botanic seed flours.

Method and use of cold-pressed botanic seed oils for lowering blood pressure and LDL cholesterol

A composition of cold pressed botanic oils exhibiting antioxidant activity. The composition is a combination of at least two oils, which can be black cumin oil, black raspberry oil, red raspberry oil, pomegranate oil, pumpkin oil, or sesame, flax, chardonnay grape seed oil or any other fruit, herb, vegetable, grain or nut oil. The composition exhibits total antioxidant activity greater than the sum of the weighted average of the antioxidant activities of the individual oils. A method of producing a composition of botanic oils exhibiting antioxidant activity, comprising extracting oil in an oxygen deprived environment from fruits and vegetables and combining the extracted oils. The composition exhibits total antioxidant activity greater than the sum of the weighted average of the antioxidant activities of the individual oils.

Synergistic super potent antioxidant cold pressed botanic oil blends

A convertible apparatus for transporting and supporting a work tool at a work site. The apparatus includes a support frame extending along a longitudinal axis between a first end and a second end. A base member extends from the support frame in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the support frame and stabilizes the support frame in its vertical, working position. A removable handle is attachable to the support frame for use in transporting the apparatus, the handle is also positionable on the base member and supports the work platform when the work platform is in its extended position. A primary wheel assembly is mounted to the support frame opposite the base member such that the primary wheel assembly and the base member stabilize the support frame in its vertical, working position.

Work tool transporting and support apparatus

A convertible apparatus for transporting and supporting a work tool at a work site. The apparatus includes a support frame extending along a longitudinal axis between a first end and a second end. A base member extends from the support frame in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the support frame and stabilizes the support frame in its vertical, working position. A primary wheel assembly is mounted to the support frame opposite the base member such that the primary wheel assembly and the base member stabilize the support frame in its vertical, working position. A work platform is mounted to the second end of the support frame and is movable between an extended position and a collapsed position. The work platform is supported in its extended position by a pair of brace members that extend from opposite sides of the work platform. The brace members are each received within a locking device to secure the work platform in an extended position. The locking devices can be released to allow the work platform to move from the extended position to the collapsed position. A handle is positionable on the convertible apparatus in a first position perpendicular to the support frame and a second position parallel to the support frame.

A blind apparatus to camouflage a person in a natural habitat particularly while hunting wild game such as turkey. A skeletal frame made up of tubular spacers joined with connectors to form top and bottom frame parts that are held apart by spacer poles. A light impervious casing is supported by the frame to form a top, back and opposed sides of the blind. A netting is supported along the entrance way of the blind by the frame and provided with open spaces sufficient to allow line of sight observations into the natural habitat outside of the blind and penetration of an arrow or ballistic of a fire arm.
