A secondary controller that controls a secondary device and is used with a primary controller that controls a primary device. The secondary controller detects primary control signals sent to or from the primary controller, and controls the secondary device based on the detection such that the secondary device does not operate when the primary device is operating, or so that the secondary device operates in a relatively lesser capacity when the primary device is operating. Also described is an outdoor air cooling and ventilation apparatus for supplying outdoor air to an indoor space, which may optionally be used with the secondary controller.

Secondary controller for ventilation systems and integrated ventilation systems

A kit for introducing a bladder into a body pocket is provided. The kit comprises a holder having an interior surface, an exterior surface and at least one open end, a balloon catheter, a needle and a bladder. The holder includes a needle sheath formed on the exterior surface. The balloon catheter comprises a balloon and a tube. The needle is secured to the bladder by a suture. The bladder may be positioned in the holder with the needle received in the needle sheath. The bladder may have an inlet and an opening. Through the inlet the balloon catheter and a body prosthesis are introducible into the bladder after the bladder is placed into the body pocket, and through the opening the tube of the balloon catheter is introducible out of the bladder.

Kit for introducing a bladder into a body pocket

A roof top cooling unit has an evaporative cooling section that includes at least one evaporative module that pre-cools ventilation air and water; a condenser; a water reservoir and pump that captures and re-circulates water within the evaporative modules; a fan that exhausts air from the building and the evaporative modules and systems that refill and drain the water reservoir. The cooling unit also has a refrigerant section that includes a compressor, an expansion device, evaporator and condenser heat exchangers, and connecting refrigerant piping. Supply air components include a blower, an air filter, a cooling and/or heating coil to condition air for supply to the building, and optional dampers that, in designs that supply less than 100% outdoor air to the building, control the mixture of return and ventilation air.

A human body implant has a separate bladder made from a bio-compatible flexible polymer into which a mobile device or prosthesis is placed after the bladder has been introduced into a subcutaneous body pocket. The bladder completely forms an artificial scar by ingrowth of body tissue into pores in the bladder to form an artificial scar. In the case of a breast implant, a breast prosthesis of many different types can be used. The prosthesis is isolated from but is mobile in the bladder. Fluids can be withdrawn from the prosthesis without contaminating the body.
