This disclosure describes systems and methods for using an estimator to produce values for dependent variables of streaming objects based on values of independent variables of the objects. The systems and methods may include continuously tuning the estimator based on any objects received with pre-populated values for the dependent variables.

Online user account access control includes adjustable authentication challenge levels based on a level of match between observed attributes of a present login attempt and corresponding recorded attributes for the authentic user for the entered user identifier (UID). Login candidates whose attributes sufficiently closely match the recorded attributes for the entered UID are allowed to select an authentication graphic pattern registered for the UID from a set of alternatives, with the degree of complexity of such selection based authentication increasing according to the degree of difference between the observed attributes of the present login attempt and the corresponding recorded values for the UID, while by default, login candidates may be required to produce the registered authentication graphic pattern from blank slate. Accordingly, authentic, but only authentic, users are able to login with high convenience, with underlying graphic pattern-based passcode protected against dictionary-based and brute-force attacks, or capture, by unauthorized parties.

A configurable logic platform may include a physical interconnect for connecting to a processing system, first and second reconfigurable logic regions, a configuration port for applying configuration data to the first and second reconfigurable logic regions, and a reconfiguration logic function accessible via transactions of the physical interconnect, the reconfiguration logic function providing restricted access to the configuration port from the physical interconnect. The platform may include a first interface function providing an interface to the first reconfigurable logic region and a second interface function providing an interface to the first reconfigurable logic region. The first and second interface functions may allow information to be transmitted over the physical interconnect and prevent the respective reconfigurable logic region from directly accessing the physical interconnect. The platform may include logic configured to apportion bandwidth of the physical interconnect among the interface functions.

Systems and methods provide an extensible, multi-stage, realtime application program processing load adaptive, manycore data processing architecture shared dynamically among instances of parallelized and pipelined application software programs, according to processing load variations of said programs and their tasks and instances, as well as contractual policies. Telecommunication network management operations are performed based on accessing network management data (NMD) files via GUIs and general purpose computers including a network management system (NMS) server, and automatic routines for transferring binary NMD files between the general purpose computers and remote network elements (NEs) being managed. A system user produces configuration files at the NMS server for NEs using a network management GUI, and the hardware of NEs automatically complete the network management operations indicated by the NMD files transferred to them from the NMS server and produce their status files to the NMS server. The network management GUI displays network status based on the latest NE status files at the NMS server. This provides direct, binary file transfer based NMS communication that avoids the complexity and restrictions of intermediate messaging protocols or transaction languages and conversions thereof.

A configurable logic platform may include a physical interconnect for connecting the platform to a processor, a reconfigurable logic region having logic blocks configured based on configuration data, a configuration port for applying configuration data to the reconfigurable logic region, a reconfiguration logic function accessible via transactions of the physical interconnect and in communication with the configuration port, the reconfiguration logic function providing restricted access to the configuration port from the physical interconnect, and an interface function accessible via transactions of the physical interconnect and providing an interface to the reconfigurable logic region which allows information to be transmitted over the physical interconnect and prevents the reconfigurable logic region from directly accessing the physical interconnect. The reconfiguration logic function may be implemented in the reconfigurable logic region.
