Improved prostheses comprising a tissue expander and a graft material are disclosed herein. Also disclosed are methods of making prostheses and methods of treatment using the prostheses.

Implantable prosthesis having acellular tissue attachments

The present disclosure provides systems and methods for transfer of tissue or other materials such as adipose tissue. The systems and methods can include a vessel and a syringe to facilitate transfer of tissue between one or more vessels and tissue implantation devices.

Syringe filling device for fat transfer

The present disclosure provides tissue fillers. The tissue fillers can include a plurality of tissue particles formed from acellular tissue matrix fragments. The tissue fillers can be used to fill tissue sites, such as voids formed after tissue resection.

Flowable tissue products

Devices and methods for processing animal or human tissue are provided. The devices may include a rod having a central axis and configured to simultaneously rotate around the central axis and move along the central axis. The device can further include a group of blades which are attached to the rod and positioned proximate the rigid support surface.

Method for processing tissue to control thickness

Disclosed herein are tissue-based drain manifolds comprising partially or completely decellularized tissue that has been processed to form tubes, columns, sheets, or other shapes and which are useful for managing the drainage of fluid and/or the administration of negative pressure at an implant site in a patient. The manifolds can be implanted in a patient and provide a natural scaffold in which native cells from surrounding tissue can migrate and proliferate, thereby avoiding the need to remove the implanted manifolds after drainage is complete.

The present disclosure provides a tissue product comprising a tissue sheet. The sheet can be formed from a plurality of tissue matrix fragments.

Sheet tissue products

The present disclosure provides tissue fillers. The tissue fillers can include a plurality of tissue particles formed from acellular tissue matrix fragments. The tissue fillers can be used to fill tissue sites, such as voids formed after tissue resection. The disclosure also includes methods of treating tissue using the tissue fillers. The tissue particles can each be formed of tissue fragments having certain sizes.

The present disclosure provides a tissue product comprising a tissue sheet. The sheet can be formed from a plurality of tissue matrix fragments. The fragments can have a length between about 5 &#x3bc;m and 300 &#x3bc;m, wherein the tissue matrix fragments are joined to one another to form the tissue sheet. In addition, methods of producing the tissue products and products made by the methods are provided.

A variety of compositions and methods for removing hair from animal skin are disclosed. The methods can include heating the skin and applying force to the skin to remove hair. The methods can further include applying an adhesive comprising a wax and a resin to the skin, allowing the adhesive to solidify, and applying force to the adhesive.
