A bone transport device may include a first support member, a second support member, a plurality of first rods, a cable, and a plurality of actuator assemblies. The cable may be configured to be received through a first bone segment. The bone transport device may further include a second rod that is configured to extend through the first bone segment such that the cable abuts a portion of the second rod within the first bone segment. The plurality of actuator assemblies may be attached to the first support member or the second support member. Each of the plurality of actuator assemblies may include a body, a spool, and an actuator. The actuator may be configured to rotate the spool to wind the cable onto the spool and translate a second bone segment with respect to the first support member and the second support member.

Cable bone transport device

A bone repair system, kit and method for percutaneous repair of a bone segment containing a first bone segment and a second bone segment in a patient, each bone segment having a drill hole. The system comprises a longitudinal member configured to contact the first bone segment and the second bone segment and having at least one opening and cleats on the side adapted to contact the first bone segment and the second bone segment; a first fastener assembly configured to be disposed through the opening of the longitudinal member to hold the longitudinal member in place through the opening and the hole in the first bone segment; and a second fastener assembly configured to be disposed through the opening of the longitudinal member to hold the longitudinal member in place through the opening and the hole in the second bone segment.

Bone repair system, kit and method

A modular bone fixation linkage includes a plurality of interconnected links that can angulate with respect to an adjacent one of the links about at least one axis, such as three axes. The links can further include fixation holes that are configured to receive bone anchors that secure the links to an underlying anatomical structure.

Bone fixation system

Bone fixation devices, assemblies, and methods are provided. An expandable bone fixation implant can be implanted into a patient and attached to an underlying bone via a percutaneous or alternative fixation procedure in order to provide fixation and stabilization of the underlying bone.
