A stent graft system includes a first layer of graft material, a second layer of graft material, one or more stent members, one or more reducing belts, and a release wire. The one or more stent members are located between the first layer of graft material and the second layer of graft material. The second layer of graft material is formed to have a corresponding channel over each of the one or more stent members. The one or more reducing belts each include a loop at both ends and each is located in a corresponding channel around a corresponding one of the stent members. The release wire passes through both loops of each of the one or more reducing belts when the one or more stent members are in a compressed state. Pulling the release wire allows for the stent graft system to radially expand.

A system for internal iliac preservation includes a catheter having a distal catheter portion and a proximal catheter portion; a first guidewire having a proximal portion extending from the proximal catheter portion, a distal portion and a medial portion disposed between the proximal portion and the distal portion; a first outer sheath slidably disposed over distal catheter portion; and an integrated second delivery system disposed within the outer sheath at the distal catheter portion. The integrated second delivery system includes a second guidewire; an expandable stent-graft disposed over a lumen of the second guidewire, and a slidable connector slidably disposed over the medial portion of the first guidewire, where the second guidewire is slidably engaged with the slidable connection to permit movement of the integrated second delivery system along the first guidewire when the first outer sheath is retracted from distal catheter portion.

The radiopaque marker system is disposed within a prosthesis or stent holder within the delivery system. A medical device includes an elongate metallic hypotube having an open proximal end and an opposed open distal end defining a tubular wall having an open internal diameter and an exterior diameter. The tubular wall has a first flexible portion disposed near the proximal open end and a second portion disposed near the distal open end. The first flexible portion of the hypotube includes a plurality of slots extending through the tubular wall and having a circumferential arc from about 150&#xb0; to about 300&#xb0;; and where adjacent slots are axially offset from one and the other from about 30&#xb0; to about 60&#xb0;. The medical device may be used as part of an endovascular delivery system.
