A power generation system that includes a generator comprising an alternator and an internal combustion engine configured to drive the alternator to generate power. The power generation system may provide power to one or more loads. The power generation system may further include an enclosure that houses the internal combustion and the alternator. The enclosure may include one or more openings and that permit air to flow into or out of the enclosure. The power generation system may include a mechanism that may regulate the flow of air through the openings in the enclosure. The mechanism may include a cover that may be positioned adjacent to the opening. The mechanism may control the position of the cover. The power generation system may further include a module that may monitor or measure a load of the power generation system and provide control to the mechanism.

A drain tube assembly for use with a lavatory or other plumbing fixture is disclosed. The lavatory has a basin, a lower drain outlet having an internal threaded bore, and a one-piece drain structure having a drain tube adjacent one axial end, an attachment sleeve adjacent an opposed axial end which is radially outwardly threaded, and a radially extending flange there between. When attached, the drain structure has an axial path extending through the attachment sleeve, flange, and drain tube to carry liquid from the lavatory out the drain tube. In a first position the flange can form a clamp member if the assembly is to be mounted through a counter top. Alternatively the flange can in a second position form a base for the lavatory when the lavatory is suspended. Movement between the positions is created by varied degrees of threading the sleeve into the lower drain.

A combined faucet and drain system can be installed primarily from above the basin. The faucet includes a quick-connect fastening assembly with a threaded sleeve bolt that also doubles as a life rod guide. A spring-biased toggle fastener threads onto the sleeve bolt and collapses when inserted through an installation opening from above the basin. It then automatically unfolds and engages an undersurface when the sleeve bolt is turned. The drain assembly is mounted in a drain opening of the basin and includes a movable stopper guide that can be used during installation to align the drain flange to the drain body from above the sink. A method of installing a combined faucet and drain assembly to a plumbing fixture is also disclosed.

A drain assembly mountable in a drain opening of a wash basin includes a movable stopper guide that can be used during installation to align the drain flange to the drain body from above the sink. The stopper guide supports at an upper end a stopper for closing the drain opening. The stopper guide has an axial opening accommodating an axial fastener joining the drain flange and drain body to the basin. The stopper guide also has downwardly extending legs defining an axial slot extending from the axial opening for accommodating cross-members extending laterally between each of the drain flange and drain body. The drain flange can be aligned to the drain body by engaging the drain flange cross-member and rotating it as needed. A method of installing a drain assembly to a basin is also disclosed.

A low-rise vehicle lift for use above a pit having side rails rising above a working surface. The vehicle lift comprises a pair of spaced apart base units coupled to corresponding vehicle support units through a lifting means. The lifting means can be a set of legs in either a parallel or scissor configuration. The base units are typically placed parallel to one another straddling the pit and side rails, the base units and vehicle support units coupled together by an adjustment bar. The adjustment bar is attached to the vehicle support units such that a space is provided for allowing the side rails to freely move within when the lift is in a lowered position.
