An inline dispersal valve that can be used with or without a base. One embodiment includes a rotatable member that is rotatable from a fluid stream obstructing condition to an out-of-the-way condition to prevent fluid diversion into the dispersal valve. Another embodiment includes a lever handle for quickly setting the amount of fluid being diverted into the inline dispersal valve. Another embodiment includes an indicator that can be viewed from a position above the inline dispersal valve. Another embodiment includes a cap that can be secured or removed without the aid of tools. Another embodiment includes a clip that allows one to disassemble the inline dispersal valve for servicing. Another embodiment includes a dispensing valve that can be reversed and still properly divert fluid into a dispersant chamber. Another embodiment includes an inline dispersal valve with a bleed valve positioned to allow one to bring the air volume in the dispersant chamber to the proper level.

An indexable cartridge and method that is useable in either a stagnant fluid environment or in a moving fluid environment with the indexable cartridge floatable in a stagnant fluid environment and securable in a moving fluid environment with the indexable cartridge having a housing having one or more diffusion ports and a sleeve having one or more diffusion ports indexable to a diffusion port alignment through resilient yielding of the sleeve while a set of ribs inhibit lateral flow therebetween.

Modular manual roller handle

A dual roller stencil applicator for applying a stencil pattern to a surface. The applicator has a frame with a handle supporting first and second rollers, the first roller having a porous outer layer for receiving and holding paint and a second roller having a raised stencil design thereon, with the first and second rollers in alignment and movable with respect to each other. The second roller is mounted for selective displacement from the first roller such that when the first roller is to be loaded with paint, the second roller is not in contact with the first roller, and when the apparatus is in an operating condition, the first and second rollers are urged together, permitting the first roller to supply paint to the raised stencil of the second roller. The stencil roller is completely removable from the applicator for cleaning. A drive wheel assembly is coupled to the second roller to rotate the second roller when the second roller is urged against a surface to which a stencil pattern is to be applied. The drive wheel assembly has a resilient tire with radially directed internal lugs mating with corresponding recesses in a hub on which the tire is mounted. The drive wheel assembly may be coupled to either the left or right side of the second roller. The hub has indices to allow registration of the stencil design with the surface to which it is to be applied.

An improved internal feed paint brush having a flexible liquid-impermeable paint distribution manifold interior of a plurality of filaments formed of a flat, woven nylon cloth conduit coated with polyurethane film and sealed to a rigid plastic end cap and having a plurality of channels in the distribution manifold formed by a plurality of spaced-apart, longitudinally extending bonds in the coated nylon material. The manifold is sonically welded to the end cap and the filament and manifold assembly is sealed with epoxy.
