A manually-operated trailer wash apparatus for washing an interior of a trailer includes a frame with a handle configured to be manually pushed by a human operator and front and rear wheels. Rotatable couplings are disposed between each of the wheels and the frame to rotate the wheels in response to the manual pushing of the handle. A conduit is coupled to the frame and extends transversely across a direction of travel of the apparatus. The conduit has a plurality of nozzles to pressure wash a surface on which the apparatus travels. The conduit receives pressurized fluid from a hose and pump system.

Manually-operated trailer wash apparatus

A medical examination table is provided. The medical examination table comprises a base providing a storage area, a patient support movable independent of the base between a lowered position and a raised position, and a lift mechanism coupled to the patient support for moving the patient support between the lowered position and the raised position. The patient support comprises a backrest and a seat. Movement of the patient support independent or separately from the base and without interfering with the storage areas within the base may allow for the efficient use of the examination table as a storage area.

A leg rest assembly for an examination table that is adaptable to extend the length of the table or to act as a kneeler section is disclosed. The extension section of the assembly has an efficient design that allows for the assembly to be easily changed from an extension section to a kneeler. A latching mechanism to hold the assembly in an extended position outwardly from the table is designed separately from the guide mechanism that move the assembly into a kneeler configuration.

An indexer for positioning a limb extension bar used with an examination table. The indexer permits a selective fixed position in the forward and backward directions and a selective fixed position with respect to rotational movement. The indexer consists of a housing and a translator that sits within the housing. A locking member sits within the translator. The locking member has meshing teeth that mate with a similar structure located on the housing to selectively fix the extension bar in a desired position.
