Systems and methods to performing insurance-based actions using sensor data are provided. A computer-implemented method includes receiving, via a processor, a geolocation associated with a property associated with a user. The method further includes querying, via the processor, one or more network image sources using the geolocation to identify one or more images of the property. The method further includes sending, via the processor, the one or more images to an electronic device of a user. The method further includes receiving, via the processor, an indication from the user, via the electronic device, whether the one or more images pertain to the property associated with the user. The method further includes, upon confirmation, providing, via the processor, the one or more images for image analysis to identify one or more features of the property. The method further performing one or more processes based at least upon Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool data of the user and the one or more features of the property. The method further includes providing results of the one or more processes to the user.

Streamlined property insurance application and renewal process

A first inspection of insured property is performed to detect hazardous conditions related to the insured property. This first inspection is performed using a first set of imagery data received from one or more imagery data sources. One or more preventive measures are recommended to address the detected hazardous conditions based on analysis of the first set of imagery data. A second inspection is performed using a second set of imagery data received from the imagery data sources. The second inspection is performed to verify that recommended preventive measures have been taken. The first and second sets of imagery data may contain satellite and aerial imagery. The imagery data sources may provide information such as an image of an insured property's roof, an image of a terrain surrounding the insured property, or any other aerial images.

Systems and methods for acquiring insurance related informatics

An insurance data gathering process contingent upon dynamically captured image and informatics sensor data. The captured image data may be used to facilitate rapid insurance-related decisions. In regards to a decision to be rendered for a property insurance policy, at least one image is retrieved associated with the property. One or more accounts associated with the insured are identified and one or more risks characteristics are identified regarding the insured. An aggregated dataset is provided from the at least one image, one or more accounts and risk characteristics associated with the insured. Predictive analysis is performed on the aggregated dataset to render a risk profile for the insured regarding an insurance policy for the property. A decision is rendered regarding the insured and the insurance policy based at least in-part upon the rendered risk profile.

Systems and methods to performing insurance-based actions using sensor data are provided. A computer-implemented method includes receiving sensor data from the one or more dwelling sensors configured to generate sensor data representative of one or more environmental characteristics of a dwelling; generating a dwelling assessment based upon the one or more environmental characteristics; determining potential insurance policy adjustments based upon the dwelling assessment; and presenting the potential insurance policy adjustments via an electronic communication.

A surgical tray for transport of a sharp surgical instrument is formed as a shallow, rectangular tray portion with an integral handle extending therefrom. The tray is made as a molded body of relatively lightweight material, such as plastic, and its dimensions are such that the tray portion is adapted to receive a single sharp surgical instrument. The tray portion has a rounded rim at its top end and the handle merges with the rim. The bottom of the tray portion can be formed with ribs to prevent slippage. The upper surface of the bottom of the tray portion can be formed with ribs to facilitate engagement and removal of the sharp instrument. The end of the handle can be flared to prevent slippage of the handle from the hand of the user.

Surgical tray for sharp surgical instruments

A portable tray comprising a tray body and legs extending outward therefrom, the tray body and legs each having a core of a resiliently compressive matrix and an outer layer of visco-elastic material. A second embodiment comprises a tray body formed of a first air-filled chamber. Second and third air-filled chambers are mounted to the first air-filled chamber and spaced apart from one another to straddle the user's legs.

Apparatus for attachment to an automated robot or other similar type of automatic machinery, for controlling paint spraying nozzles to provide additional degrees of freedom of spray direction and film coating, including a rack and pinion gearing housing attachable to the robot, one or more air cylinders mechanically linked to the rack and pinion gearing, a shaft rotatably coupled to the pinion gear and fixedly attached to one or more spray nozzles. Air activation of the air cylinders causes the pinion gearing mechanism to pivotally rotate about the shaft axis, rotatably positioning the spray nozzles in various preselected angular positions.
