FOXP3regulatory T cells (Tregs) can represent powerful adoptive immunotherapies for autoimmune diseases, metabolic diseases, and other chronic inflammatory diseases. The present invention is related to the ability to maintain and expand stable Treg lines and can provide insight into FOXP3Treg physiology and can enable feasible strategies of Treg-based immunotherapy.

Compositions and methods for in vitro cultivation and/or expansion of regulatory T cells

The present invention provides methods of modulating an immunological disorder or an immune response. The methods include administering to a subject or a cell an effective amount of an autoimmune antigen and an anti-inflammatory cytokine included in an aluminum-based carrier. Compositions including an autoimmune antigen and an anti-inflammatory cytokine included in an aluminum-based carrier are also provided.

Aluminum based adjuvants for tolerogenic vaccination

The present invention provides methods of regulating an immunological disorder comprising administering to a subject an effective amount of (i) an autoimmune antigen in conjunction with (ii) an anti-inflammatory cytokine. Compositions including the same are also provided.

The present invention provides fusion proteins including an autoimmune antigen, an allergen antigen or an alloantigen, and an anti-inflammatory cytokine. Compositions and methods including the fusion proteins are also provided.
