Suture separation and organization devices for use in a tissue graft tensioning system. The inventive devices help to separate and organize a plurality of suture strands that extend away from a bone tunnel of a patient's leg during joint repair surgery (e.g., while repairing or replacing the anterior cruciate ligament ('ACL')). The suture separation and organization device may comprise one or more elongate bodies, or a one-piece body, comprising a plurality of suture retention recesses or protrusions disposed on a perimeter of a body. The suture separation and organization device also includes recesses or passages adapted to receive corresponding posts of a graft tensioning device. In this way, the suture separation and organization device can be removably attached to the graft tensioning device.

A tool for dilating tunnels in bone, in order to compact the cancellous bone around the tunnel and providing better holding for interference screws and the like, comprises a plurality of elongated segments mounted for radial motion with respect to an axis of elongation. When actuated, the segments move radially outwardly, parallel to the axis of elongation, compacting the bone.

A bifurcated graft having a trunk portion and two limb portions, each defined by a docking end and a non-docking end, that is assembled in-situ. The trunk and limb portions are supported by a combination of full and partial stent structures that are connected by longitudinal stent struts to form a continuous stent lattice. The diameters of the docking sections may be standardized such that any limb portion may be inserted into any trunk portion, providing the same degree of mechanical interference for trunk and limb portions having non-docking ends of various diameters.

A modular bifurcated stent-graft implant having a trunk portion with graft material supported by a flexible stent lattice, the stent lattice extending from the proximal end of the trunk portion into each leg. The bifurcation of the trunk portion, which is supported by the stent lattice and graft material, is flexible such that the legs can move independently of each other both in and out of the plane of the midsection. The proximal end of the trunk portion is fully supported with one or more sealing stents. The legs and distal end of the stent-graft may be partially or fully supported
