A locking assembly for a casement window including a frame having an elongated surface, comprising a tie bar guide adapted to be mounted on the window frame surface, the tie bar guide having first and second receiving grooves for slideably receiving segments of a tie bar in a tongue and groove manner, and a tie bar adapted to slide axially in a direction parallel to the window frame surface and having a partially curved profile and a cross-section comprising a flat central portion with a first segment comprising a first tongue and a second segment comprising a second tongue, the first and second segments on opposite sides relative to the central portion. The tie bar is slideably received in the tie bar guide such that the tie bar first tongue is received in the tie bar guide first receiving groove and the tie bar second tongue is received in the tie bar guide second receiving groove, to permit the position of the tie bar to be adjusted with respect to the tie bar guide in the longitudinal direction while preventing movement of the tie bar in a direction perpendicular to the longitudinal direction. One of the tie bar and tie bar guide has an opening in an exterior surface thereof and the other has a projection extending in a direction of the opening, wherein when the tie bar is slideably received within the tie bar guide, the projection and opening act as a detent to maintain the tie bar guide in a desired position.

A vacuum sewage system includes a collection station, a vacuum pump, a sewage pump, a collection tank, a control system, a valve pit, a first conduit extending from the collection station to the valve pit, a second conduit extending from the valve pit and terminating in a closed end, a valve located in the valve pit for selectively permitting sewage and waste water to flow from the valve pit toward the collection station upon activation of the valve, an electric air admission controller or a solenoid for selectively opening and closing the valve, a first sensor associated with the electronic air admission controller or the solenoid and a second sensor located adjacent the closed end of the second conduit. The system may be utilized to monitor and remedy various undesirable operating conditions in the system and to perform routines to increase operating efficiency of the system.

An apparatus, method, and system for height-measurement are provided. The apparatus, and method includes initiating, and calibrating a height-measuring-device to capture and store a one-time calibration-mode distance. Then, in operation-mode, a foot-platform connected to a retractable-tape is pulled atop an object/user. Electronic signals from a laser-device are generated as a means to measure both calibration-mode and operation-mode distances. These distances are then resolved and stored as a height-measurement for a user/object, and the resulting height-measurement is displayed on a screen. The height-measurement data from each object/user are compared to one another. The height-measuring-device also includes a predictive algorithm that determines the future height of users.

A pressure overload protector for a sensor includes a pressure-filled channel system fillable with fluid or gas, a first overload stop seated in an open position, a first diaphragm at the unseated end of the first overload stop, a second overload stop seated in an open position, a second diaphragm at the unseated end of the second overload stop, a sensor connected to a fluid channel, and a third and fourth overload stop connected by channels to the fluid channel of the sensor and terminating at a fluid exit. The overload protector provides bidirectional over and under pressure protection to the sensor.

An incident report, including associated data, is received from an application monitoring resources on the computer network. Additional data associated with the computer network resources to be obtained based on the incident report is automatically identified and obtained. Related data in a historical database is automatically identified based on the incident report and/or the additional data and the identified related historical data is automatically retrieved. The incident report, the additional data and/or the related historical data are analyzed to identify a responsive process to respond to the incident report.
