The invention provides a method, system and computer readable medium for providing a notification to a recipient. The method, system and computer readable medium relate to a notification sent via a processing device, the method including determining, for a recipient, a first notification method and a second notification method, generating a notification, and providing the notification to the recipient in accordance with the first notification method or, upon a failure of the first notification method, providing the notification to the recipient in accordance with the second notification method.

System, method and computer readable medium for providing notifications

A system, method and computer readable medium for providing automated notifications generates a list of recipients. The notification preferences of the recipients is determined and a notification generated and formatted in accordance with the recipients' preferences is communicated to the recipient. The notification preferences include a notification type, such as voice, email, SMS etc. The notification may be a notification of an overdue debt which provides the recipient with an avenue to make payment of the debt.

A system for providing particular information relating to a caller placing a call from a mobile calling instrument to a special number service station in a telecommunication network includes: (a) an information store for storing a body of information including the particular information identified as relating to the caller; and (b) an interface unit communicatingly coupled at least with the information store and the special number service station. The interface unit responds to a query identifying the calling instrument from the special number service station by retrieving the particular information from the information store and communicating the particular information to the special number service station.

System and method for providing mobile caller information to a special number service station

A system for routing telephone calls from a calling party instrument to a called party instrument and involving at least one internet protocol network includes: (a) a first internet protocol interface apparatus effecting a first communicative coupling between the calling party instrument and the at least one internet protocol network; (b) a second internet protocol interface apparatus effecting routing telephone calls according to routing criteria to establish a second communicative coupling between the at least one internet protocol network and the called party instrument; and (c) a call routing system apparatus coupled with the second internet protocol interface apparatus and storing information relating to a geographical or geospatial relationship of calling party instruments and called party instruments. The second internet protocol interface apparatus and the call routing system apparatus cooperate to establish the routing criteria.
