A dispenser machine for storing and dispensing viscous foods and beverages and provides for the efficient and safe dispensation of a viscous food or beverage product that is contained in a flexible product container and which does not come into direct contact with the dispenser equipment. The dispenser includes an evacuation system which includes a weighted roller or slidable weight in contact with one or more sides of the product container and which operates by force of gravity to pressure and direct the food or beverage product contained in the container toward and out of the bag or container tube spout. A pump unit, which is configurable to provide for the dispensation of both food and beverage products with different viscosities by the addition or removal of one or pump pins, draws product from the container as desired and the pump unit pins operate to pinch and prevent the flow of product from the container tube spout after the pump is shut off.

Soft food and beverage dispenser

A collapsible pedestal is disclosed for use with a pet dish or fountain. The pedestal is made of several releasably attached legs. Preferably, all of the legs are of a substantially identical design. Each leg has a coupling hub that may be a pair of hinged, knuckle connection such that the legs may be freely rotatable. The pedestal can be collapsed into a collapsed condition, which accounts for a lesser volume than when the pedestal is in an operating condition. Additionally, the pedestal may be configured to be inverted such that different cradles can be used, each cradle configured to accommodate a bowl, dish, fountain, or other object of varying shapes or designs. Additional legs can be added to an existing pedestal.

A scooper that has a plurality of pivoting scoop jaws that rotate between an open position and a closed position defining a substantially enclosed object-holding scooper chamber that operably cooperates with a skirt overlying the scoop jaws covering a top of the chamber that also which protects scoop jaw pivoting linkages and pivots of the scooper. Such a scooper can be constructed with an elongate frame that can be tubular in which a scoop jaw actuating linkage arrangement is disposed enabling the scooper to be used while standing up. Such a scoop can also be configured to be stored uprightly and is well suited for a wide variety of indoor and outer scooping applications including for fecal matter scooping, trash or refuse pickup, object pickup and the like.

Object-enclosing chambered scooper

A cable protection system protects a cable, such as an insulated conductor, data line, fluid or gas conduit, power cord, communication line or the like. The cable passes through a pair of ferrules that are separated by a segment of the cable. A protective jacket made of braided metal strands or the like encloses the ferrules and the cable segment and is held in place to the ferrules by jacket securing means. In one embodiment, support collars surround a portion of the braided jacket and a portion of each ferrule so that the braided jacket is securely held between each ferrule and support collar combination when a loading force, such as a gravitational loading or suspension force, is applied to the cable segment, typically in an axial orientation. The braided jacket has a diameter that constricts when an axial loading force is applied, protecting the cable segment from damaging stress by gripping the ferrules and the cable segment. A generally even compressive force can be applied along the cable length in some embodiments, which prevents undesirable stretching or other damage to the cable segment.
