A fantasy sports management system provides an interaction between fantasy sports and real-time sporting events. In embodiments, the system receives real-time statistical information regarding a plurality of sports players participating in one or more real-time sporting events. The sports players are assigned to teams in a fantasy sports league. The system outputs, on a display of a device of one of the users of the fantasy sports league, the real-time statistical information of the plurality of sports players that are on the user's roster of sports players. In response to the real-time statistical information of one of the sports players on the user's roster exceeding a threshold (e.g., the team of the one of the sports players entering the 'red zone'), the system provides the user with an option to view the real-time sporting event in which the one player is participating in.

Interaction of fantasy sports with live sports viewing

A fantasy sports management system includes a wireless transceiver and a processor. the wireless transceiver is configured to communicate sports-related information to a mobile device that includes a fantasy sports management application. The processor is in communication with the wireless transceiver. Real-time sports information is received from the fantasy sports management application on the mobile device. An input is received requesting the fantasy sports management application to suggest a starter for a roster of the mobile device user. Roster information is received relating to the user and other users' fantasy sports teams. A determination is made regarding whether the rosters of the user and the other users are substantially similar. If they are, a suggestion of changing the user's roster is made and sent so that the user has the ability to change his roster to more aligned with the roster of the other users.

Fantasy sports manager for various devices

A system on a vehicle is provided operable to notify a user if and when they are approaching a low digital radio signal area. The vehicle includes both the capability to receive digital and analog radio signals. The system further includes a processor and a data storage unit. If the digital signal drops below a certain predetermined threshold, the system will record the location of the low signal and will notify the user of the low signal next time the user is approaching the same area recorded by the GPS.

The present invention is a computer based method for updating a user's social networking status based on the user's activities within a vehicle. A vehicle multimedia system having a navigation or GPS system, music playing capability, or hands-free cell phone connectivity capability connects to a user's mobile device or cell phone. The mobile device being capable of accessing the user's social networking website via a mobile wireless network. The multimedia system is housed within the vehicle and is in communication with the mobile device. The vehicle multimedia system communicating information from the multimedia system regarding the multimedia system to and from the mobile device. Information generated on the vehicle multimedia system such as what music is being played, where the user is going, who the user is talking to, . . . etc. is communicated to the mobile device. Said information is updated to a social networking website to update the user's status to indicate activities presently occurring within the vehicle.

A preset device and an automatic preset application for ranking a group of content providers (e.g., radio stations) and for assigning one or more preset channels to the content providers with the top rankings. The preset device may include a timer configured to be coupled to a receiver, the timer configured to time a plurality of durations of a plurality of signals received from a plurality of content providers, a memory coupled to the timer, the memory configured to store the plurality of durations, and a processor coupled to the memory, the processor configured to rank the plurality of content providers based on the respective plurality of durations, and configured to preset the tuning device based on the ranked plurality of content providers.
