A disposable cupping tube for collecting fluid from a stoma with a hollow compressible cone seated on a rigid hollow stepped conical frustrum having an upper tier and lower tier. The lower tier having an inner wall sloped at a lower angle than the outside wall to maximize the contact area with the periphery of a stoma when the cone is compressed and the base of the stepped conical frustrum is passed over the stoma and pressed against the peristomal skin. An effective air seal is formed between the contact area and the stoma and between the base of the lower tier with the peristomal skin which is pulled up and around the base by the vacuum. A disc with perforations inserted into the lower tier divides the cupping tube into an upper and lower chamber when present.

Disposable tube for use during ostomy appliance attachment

A work machine with a remote diagnostic system includes a combustion engine, a pump, a coolant temperature sensor to monitor and transmit a coolant fluid temperature, a pressure sensor coupled to an inlet of the pump, and a controller. The pressure sensor is configured to monitor and transmit a coolant fluid pressure. The controller is operatively associated with the engine, the coolant fluid temperature sensor, the pressure sensor and an equipment care advisor module. The equipment care advisor module is configured to monitor the coolant fluid temperature during a start-up of the work machine, monitor the coolant fluid pressure during the start-up of the work machine, calculate an expected coolant fluid pressure based on the monitored coolant fluid temperature and the monitored coolant fluid pressure, and generate a failure code indicating a combustion gas leak when the monitored coolant fluid pressure exceeds the expected coolant fluid pressure.

Combustion gas leak detection strategy

A structure for the back end of repairable connectors, applicable for a variety of RF connectors, that facilitates superior mechanical and electrical characteristics of the resulting coax cable assembly. Also disclosed is a method of attaching one of various repairable connectors to coax cable that is both simple and stronger than existing methods. The outside insulation is removed from the end of the cable and the braiding is folded back out of the way. Depending on the number of layers of braiding, this step may be performed more than once. The dielectric surrounding the center conductor is then trimmed to expose the conductor. In one embodiment, a pin is soldered in-line with the center conductor. The connector is then placed on one end of the prepared cable and the braiding is unfolded. A band is then applied to secure the braiding against the connector, making a strong bond.

Coaxial cable assembly connection structure and method

A polarized shell for preventing mis-mating of a first coaxial connector comprising the polarized shell and a second coaxial connector is provided. In one exemplary embodiment of the invention, the polarized shell can comprise an external wall, and internal wall, and two or more polarizing members circumferentially spaced apart on one of the external wall and the internal wall. A coaxial connector for preventing mis-mating is also provided. In one exemplary embodiment of the invention, the coaxial connector can comprise a body and a polarized shell within the body. The polarized shell can comprise an external wall, an internal wall, and two or more polarizing members circumferentially spaced apart on one of the external wall and the internal wall. A system for preventing mis-mating is also provided.
