In some embodiments, the system comprises: a display; and a processor programmed to: receive an indication that a computing device has joined a presentation; cause a user interface element that represents the computing device to be presented within a graphical user interface (GUI); receive, via the GUI, input indicating that the computing device is to be associated with a group of computing devices; associate the computing device with the group; cause the user interface element that represents the computing device to be presented within a portion of the GUI associated with the group of computing devices; receive, via the GUI, input to cause the group of computing devices to present particular extended reality content; and transmit an instruction to each computing device in the group of computing devices to present the particular extended reality content.

Systems, methods, and media for displaying interactive augmented reality presentations are provided. In some embodiments, a system comprises: a head mounted display comprising: a transparent display; a plurality of sensors; and at least one processor, wherein the at least one processor is programmed to: select a content display location of a plurality of predetermined content display locations to use to present content based at least in part on a location of the head mounted display within a current physical environment; and cause content to be presented by the head mounted display anchored at the selected content display location.

Systems, methods, and media for displaying interactive augmented reality presentations

The present disclosure provides transmit/receive (T/R) systems for NMR or MRI systems. In one configuration, the systems and methods provided herein may use passively-shielded coils that are compatible with low-field operational environment to replace conventional T/R systems and spatial gradient systems. In some configurations, a low-field imaging T/R system is provided that is designed for nuclear magnetic stimulation and local flux sensitivity, while automatically rejecting incident radiant electromagnetic noise. The design advantageously leverages low required frequencies to distribute the pulse synthesis task, yielding a smaller system with easier maintenance and lower cost. The system may include distributed coil nodes that include a primary radiofrequency (RF) coil configured to transmit and receive RF signals and a secondary coil configured to passively shield the primary RF coil.

A method for free-breathing abdominal magnetic resonance fingerprinting (MRF) includes applying a pilot tone (PT) RF signal in an MRI system environment using a PT RF signal source, acquiring MRF data from a region of interest in subject using free-breathing MRF pulse sequence and acquiring PT navigator signals based on the applied PT RF signal. The PT navigator signals are associated with a plurality of respiratory states and are encoded with acquired MRF data. The method further includes generating images for each of the plurality of respiratory states based on MRF data and the PT navigator signals. For each respiratory state, the generated images for the respiratory state are compared to a respiratory state MRF dictionary associated with the respiratory state to determine tissue property of the MRF data associated with the respiratory state. A quantitative parameter map may be generated for the determined tissue properties for each respiratory state.

In some embodiments, a system comprises: a plurality of head mounted displays, a first head mounted display comprising a transparent display; and at least one processor, wherein the at least one processor is programmed to: determine that a first physical location of a plurality of physical locations in a physical environment of the head mounted display is located closest to the head mounted display; receive first content comprising a first three dimensional model; receive second content comprising a second three dimensional model; present, using the transparent display, a first view of the first three dimensional model at a first time; and present, using the transparent display, a first view of the second three dimensional model at a second time subsequent to the first time based one or more instructions received from a server.

A method for determining an undersampling error for a magnetic resonance fingerprinting (MRF) pulse sequence includes retrieving a plurality of sets of spatial response functions. Each set of spatial response functions is associated with a tissue type in a reference image and is based on a tissue mask of the reference image for each tissue type. A signal evolution for each tissue type may be generated based on, for example, the MRF pulse sequence, An undersampled image may be generated for each tissue type using the set of spatial response functions and the signal evolutions for the tissue type. At least one quantitative parameter may be determined by comparing an undersampled image series created from the undersampled images to an MRF dictionary. An undersampling error for the MRF pulse sequence may be generated by comparing a quantitative map (or maps) for the quantitative parameter (or parameters) and the reference image.

System and method for determining undersampling errors for a magnetic resonance fingerprinting pulse sequence

The present application provides a system and method for using a nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) system. The method includes performing a pulse sequence using the NMR system that spatially encodes NMR signal evolutions to be acquired from a subject using an aggregated radio-frequency (B1) field incoherence and resolving the NMR signal evolutions acquired from the subject using at least one of a dictionary of known magnetic resonance fingerprinting (MRF) signal evolutions to determine matches in the NMR signal evolutions to the known MRF signal evolutions or an optimization process. The method also includes generating at least two spatially-resolved measurements indicating quantitative tissue parameters of the subject in at least two locations.

System and method for B1-selective spatial encoding using magnetic resonance

A method for multi-dimensional, relaxation-diffusion magnetic resonance fingerprinting (MRF) includes performing, using a magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) system, a pulse sequence that integrates free-waveform b-tensor diffusion encoding into a magnet resonance fingerprinting pulse sequence to perform a multi-dimensional, relaxation-diffusion encoding while acquiring MRF signal evolutions, processing, using a processor, the acquired MRF signal evolutions to determine at least one relaxation parameter and at least one diffusivity parameter, and generating, using the processor, a report including at least one of the at least one relaxation parameter and the at least diffusivity parameter.

System and method for magnetic resonance fingerprinting with relaxation and diffusion data acquisition

The present application provides a system and method for quantifying perfusion using a dictionary matching approach. In some aspects, the method comprises performing a predetermined pulse sequence using an MRI system to acquire MRI data from the subject after having delivered a dose of a contrast agent to the subject. The method also includes comparing the MRI data to a dictionary to determine perfusion information, and generating, using the perfusion information, a report indicative of perfusion within the subject.

System and method for quantifying perfusion using a dictionary matching

A system for displaying and interacting with magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) data acquired using an MRI system includes an image reconstruction module configured to receive the MRI data and to reconstruct a plurality of images using the MRI data, an image rendering module coupled to the image reconstruction module and configured to generate at least one multidimensional image based on the plurality of images and a user interface device coupled to the image rendering module and located proximate to a workstation of the MRI system. System and method for real-time magnetic resonance imaging data visualization in three or four dimensions

A method for temperature quantification using magnetic resonance fingerprinting (MRF) includes acquiring MRF data from a region of interest in a subject using an MRF pulse sequence with smoothly varying RF phase for MR resonant frequencies that is played out continuously. For each of a plurality of time intervals during acquisition of the MRF data the method further includes comparing a set of the MRF data associated with the time interval to an MRF dictionary to determine at least one quantitative parameter of the acquired MRF data, determining a temperature change based on the at least one quantitative parameter and generating a quantitative map of the temperature change in the region of interest. The region of interest can include aqueous and adipose tissue.

The present disclosure provides a method of DDCE-MRF. The method can include: a) introducing two or more contrast agents to a region of interest (ROI) of a subject, the two or more contrast agents having different relaxivities; b) measuring a T1 relaxation time and a T2 relaxation time for locations within the ROI using magnetic resonance fingerprinting (MRF); c) determining, using equations that relate the different relaxivities, the T1 relaxation time, the T2 relaxation time, and concentrations of the two or more contrast agents, the concentrations of the two or more contrast agents for each of the locations within the ROI; and d) producing an image depicting the ROI based, at least in part, on the concentrations of the two or more contrast agents.
