A new and improved EGR valve having a valve body having an inlet port and an outlet port with a valve member moveably supported within the valve body between the inlet and outlet ports. A control cap is connected to the valve body and contains an integrated sensor that is used to provide an engine control module with pressure readings from the valve body and the interior portion of the cap. Additionally the cap also has an integrated zero emissions system that is capable of preventing the release of harmful chemicals into the atmosphere.

Exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) module having sensor integrated into cover (ESM)

A breather assembly for connection to a protected chamber for use in both positive and negative pressure environments, is described. The breather assembly has a central intake chamber that is protected from the ingress of water or contaminants. The breather assembly provides drain paths for any water or contaminants that may get into the inner chamber.

Air breather assembly

A baffle assembly for connection to the intake of an exhaust gas recirculation valve. The baffle assembly has a central intake chamber which is protected from the inflow of contaminants. The baffle assembly provides drain paths for any water or contaminants which may get into the inner chamber.
