An apparatus is provided for providing nail or skin treatment. The apparatus includes a container, formed of a compressible material; an insert, disposed within the container formed of a compressible material, and configured to receive and surround at least one body part of the user; and an opening at a first end of the container which provides access to an interior surface of the insert, wherein the insert is configured to hold at least one substance configured to treat at least one of a nail and skin of the user.

An ergonomic applicator is provided for applying a cosmetic composition to the eyelashes. The applicator comprises a handle portion and a head portion wherein the longitudinal axis of the head portion is positioned or can be rotatably positioned with respect to the longitudinal axis of the handle. The handle being suitable dimensioned for holding between the thumb and fingers without rotation of the handle. The head portion having at its distal end means for holding a charge of cosmetic composition and transferring it to the eyelashes on contact therewith, such as but not limited to bristles.

A grooming device comprising a grooming element. The grooming element may be elongated along a longitudinal axis. The grooming device has a first portion and a second portion separateable from the first portion and capable of moving independently from the first portion along the longitudinal axis. The first and/or second portions of the grooming element include means engaging keratin fibers or for improving the aesthetic appearance of keratin fibers.

Packages are provided including an applicator that engages with a wiper of a container in a manner such that the applicator and wiper are capable of rotating together in relation to the container. The package also includes a cap configured to fit over the applicator when the applicator is engaged with the wiper element. The cap is engaged with the wiper such that the wiper is caused to rotate when the cap is rotated, screwed onto, and/or unscrewed from, the container, thereby moving the applicator element in a rotational motion in the interior of the container.
