A sewing machine for forming running-stitch seams, comprises a needle provided with an open eye and orientated with the axis substantially perpendicular to a surface for supporting the sewn item and is actuated with a reciprocating motion to pass cyclically through the supporting surface. A thread take-up wheel, provided below the supporting surface, is composed of a fixed part, with a magazine for the taken-up thread, and a rotatable part, rotationally actuated about its own axis. The rotatable part supports a lower looper engaging a portion of the loop that protrudes from the eye along one side of the needle. A thread disengager is provided for disengaging the thread from the needle which engage the portion of the loop of thread protruding from the eye.

A sewing machine for forming running-stitch seams, comprises a needle provided, proximate to its tip, with an open eye and orientated so that its axis is substantially perpendicular to a surface for supporting the item being sewn. The needle is actuated with a reciprocating motion along its own axis passing cyclically through the supporting surface. A thread take-up wheel is provided below the supporting surface and is composed of a fixed part, with a magazine for the taken-up thread, and a rotatable part, rotationally actuated about its own axis. The rotatable wheel part supports a lower looper engaging the thread loop below the supporting surface to load the thread in the magazine formed in the wheel fixed part. Pneumatic tensioning means for the thread portion lying below the supporting surface are further provided.

Sewing machine for forming running-stitch seams, with highly regular stitch forming

A device for feeding correctly orientated socks to a processing station, comprising: a laying unit, which can be fed with a sock and is adapted to lay out the sock in a substantially horizontal direction; a conveyor, which is arranged below the laying unit and forms a substantially horizontal resting surface for the sock that falls from the laying unit after being laid out. The conveyor can be actuated in order to produce the advancement of the sock in a direction which is parallel to the longitudinal extension of the sock, with its toe directed in the advancement direction. The device further comprising a positioner, which is provided with grippers for gripping the sock at its toe as it arrives from the conveyor and can be actuated so as to arrange the sock so that it hangs vertically at its toe.

Sock feeding device

A conveyor for sewing machines for closing the tip of hoses or the like, having high-versatility use. The conveyor comprises a pair of substantially coplanar flat strips which are laterally adjacent to each other and have, on their mutually facing sides, a pair of protruding ridges which laterally delimit a passage for a portion of the hose, proximate to the tip, which is knitted with a reduced thickness with respect to the contiguous regions. Each ridge has, along the advancement direction of the hose along the passage, an initial portion and a final portion which are substantially parallel, are mutually spaced and are joined by an inclined intermediate portion. An element for advancing the hose along the passage are provided above the flat strips at the passage. Above each one of the ridges, starting from a region of their initial portion, there is a lamina which can move towards or away from the corresponding ridge and forms a resting surface for the upper border of the thinner portion of the hose.

Conveyor for sewing machines for closing the tip of hoses

Machine for turning stockings the right way out which has a first pair of rollers that have mutually parallel axes, are arranged laterally on opposite sides with respect to a median plane, and are rotatable about their respective axes with mutually opposite rotational directions. A gripper is provided for positioning a stocking to be turned the right way out between the first pair of rollers and a mechanism moves the rollers mutually closer or further apart to retain, between the rollers, the stocking carried by the gripper. Variable-speed motors turn the rollers about their respective axes and with mutually opposite rotational directions. A rod is inserted on command between the rollers and cooperates with the rollers to turn the stocking the right way out along the rod. A motor-driven slider moves the rod along its own axis, which is substantially perpendicular to the axes of the rollers, for the insertion of the rod between the rollers or the extraction of the rod therefrom. The variable speed motors for turning the rollers about their respective axes are controlled by a programmable actuation and control unit which supervises the operation of the entire machine.

Machine for turning stockings the right way out, with high operating

A sewing machine which has two substantially independent sets of feed dog teeth comprising a set of main fabric feed dog teeth and secondary or differential feed dog teeth and includes a drive therefore defined by a main drive shaft and a two piece interconnected secondary shaft. Feed dog teeth supporting brackets are mounted between the shafts. A stirrup interconnects the support brackets so that both sets of dog teeth are moved cyclically and in a synchronized manner with one another.
