Described herein is a resilient tyre () designed to be used on industrial and construction machinery, said resilient tyre () comprising a plurality of circular layers of elastic material set on top of one another in the radial direction, said layers forming, proceeding from the centre of the resilient tyre () towards the periphery, an inner portion referred to as base (), an outer portion referred to as tread (), and two lateral surfaces (') with height (Q). The resilient tyre () comprises a plurality of cushioning holes () made in both of the lateral surfaces (&#x2032;) of the resilient tyre (), said cushioning holes () substantially having a wing-like shape.

The lugs () comprising a stepping-in surface () wherein the stepping-in surface () of at least one lug () comprises on its sidewall a first radially outer, concave surface () and a second, radially inner, concave surface () intersecting each other in a transition point (D) when viewed in a circumferential section.
