The disclosure relates to a threaded nut of a ball screw, the threaded nut having an inner sleeve made of sheet metal and an outer sleeve made of sheet metal, which are nested axially in one another to form a nut sleeve. The nut sleeve is provided with a thread, which is formed helically about a longitudinal axis of the threaded nut and which forms, on the inner circumference of the nut sleeve, a ball groove wound helically about the longitudinal axis of the threaded nut and, and on the outer circumference of the nut sleeve, a helically wound outer ridge.

Threaded nut of a ball screw and method for producing same

The disclosure relates to a method for producing a threaded nut of a threaded drive. In a forming process, a sleeve is produced from a steel sheet which is suitable for case-hardening. A flange is integrally formed on the sleeve for welding to a machine part. A welding surface of the flange has a diffusion-inhibiting layer which inhibits the penetration of carbon into the welding surface. The sleeve is case-hardened, and the welding surface is then exposed by removing the diffusion-inhibiting layer. The sleeve can be bonded to a machine part on the exposed welding surface of the sleeve.

Method for producing a threaded nut of a threaded drive, in particular a ball screw nut of a ball screw drive

The disclosure relates to a threaded nut of a ball screw drive. The threaded nut includes an inner sleeve made of sheet metal and an outer sleeve made of sheet metal. The inner and outer sleeves are nested axially in one another to form a nut sleeve. A thread of the nut sleeve is helically wound about a longitudinal axis of the threaded nut and forms a ball groove on the inner circumference of the inner sleeve. The outer sleeve is provided along the thread with at least one outer hole into which material of the inner sleeve is molded.

A profiled nut () of a screw drive includes a sleeve () produced from sheet steel, has a non-cuttingly formed rolling profile () on the inner circumference for rolling contact with rolling bodies and is hardened in a heat treatment method at least in the region of the rolling profile (). An inner lateral surface of the sleeve () having the rolling profile () is hardened and has a higher Rockwell hardness. An outer lateral surface of the sleeve () is designed such that it can be welded and has a lower Rockwell hardness.

Profiled nut of a screw drive, in particular a ball screw nut of a ball screw drive, and method for the production thereof

A method for producing a threaded nut of a threaded drive, includes the following steps: a sleeve is produced from a steel sheet which is suitable for case-hardening; a rolling profile for a rolling contact with rolling bodies is molded on the inner circumference of the sleeve, said rolling profile being wound in a helical manner about the longitudinal axis of the sleeve; a flange is welded to the end face of the sleeve; the flange is provided with a welding surface on the flange end face facing away from the sleeve for welding to a machine part; the welding surface initially has a diffusion-inhibiting layer which inhibits the penetration of carbon; and the welding surface is exposed by removing the diffusion-inhibiting layer after case-hardening the threaded nut. A threaded nut produced according to the method can be part of a ball screw drive, the flange of which can be welded to a provided machine part by the user.

A ball screw nut for a ball screw drive includes a sleeve element which is formed as a sheet metal part and has a thread which is formed for the largest part as a load channel, wherein a relief section formed within the thread extends from the load channel at least slightly radially outwards and adjoins a deflection channel.

A ball-screw actuator includes a screw nut having a metal core and an over-molded plastic outer shell. The plastic outer shell includes features which would be expensive to manufacture in a single piece metal screw nut, such as an anti-rotation feature, an axial position control feature, and a lateral position control feature. The anti-rotation feature may take the form of an axial groove or of an axial ridge.

A spindle nut for a ball screw with a nut part on whose inner periphery there is a spiral ball groove that winds around a spindle axis for the rolling of balls and with two deflection elements, the balls are deflectable into the curved deflection channel of each deflection element and the nut part has two recesses that are spaced apart from each other in the axial direction and one of the deflection elements is arranged in each recess. The nut part is provided with a straight return channel for the balls, and the straight return channel is connected to the two deflection channels. The balls are movable along a ball track in the curved deflection channel and in the straight return channel, and the straight return channel is arranged within a wall thickness of the spindle nut and is arranged at an angle relative to the spindle axis.
