The present invention discloses a system for isolation and chemical injection in a completion string of oil wells with open intervals, comprising an inflatable inner bag and a swellable material, a chemical injection hydraulic line circuit of a chemical injection system, and at least one chemical injection mandrel. The chemical injection hydraulic line circuit is of the feedthrough type and is in fluid communication with the inner bag and at least one inflatable and swellable packer. Furthermore, a method for isolation and chemical injection in a completion string of wells with open intervals is disclosed.

The present invention relates to a method for storing chemical products or their solutions in reservoir rock. In said method, the cargo boat containing the chemical product to be stored in the reservoir is connected to the production platform through an appropriate connection and connecting to the well header. The product is pumped through the chemical product capture line using a triplex chemical injection pump aligned to the head of the production or injection well. The product is pumped through the surface lines, riser and subsea line and, passing through the WCT, it is injected into the reservoir through the production or injection string.

The present invention addresses to a laser blasting pipe for heating a scale removal treatment to be descended by electric cable, and a recirculation system with the objective of heating the scale removal solution, inside the production string during the time the reaction is taking place, in order to guarantee its efficiency. The laser blast pipe is a device similar to a metallic cylinder that can travel through the interior of a production string, being descended by gravity itself, and ascended by the action of the cable, being able to recirculate and heat the fluid. This heating would have the function of compensating the heat loss of the removal solution due to the heat exchange of the riser with the seabed, and maintaining the temperature of the reaction inside the production line in an optimal range of yield, thus aiming at increasing the reaction efficiency and the reduction of the time required for the removal of scale in the production string of the well.

The present invention relates to a method for applying scale inhibitor to completion fluids during injectivity test operations. Said method takes advantage of the completion fluid to inhibit scaling in the reservoir by filling the porous spaces of the reservoir rock with the inhibited completion fluid.
