A torsional vibration damper with a damper component and a damper flange part limitedly rotatable within a circumferential clearance with respect to the damper component contrary to the effect of energy accumulator elements. The damper component is formed as a guide shell radially outside and surrounds the radial outmost circumferential section of the energy accumulator elements. The damper flange part comprises circumferentially disposed compression elements. The energy accumulator elements are circumferentially arranged in-between the compression elements. Cutouts formed in the guide shell and the compression elements engage radially into the cutouts whilst facilitating circumferential clearance.

Force transmission device

A wet clutch comprising at least one friction disk () which is loaded by a piston () against an end disk (). In order to run a forced pressure medium flow over the friction surfaces () of the wet clutch, two pressures cavities () having a connection in the region of the friction surfaces, are loaded with varying pressures. In order to improve such arrangements, the invention proposes that the leakage flow flowing over the supports of the friction disks is limited.

Wet clutch

A wet clutch and to a hydrodynamic torque converter with a respective wet clutch as converter lockup clutch. In order to provide a good response of the wet clutch, the support elements for the friction surfaces and for the opposite friction surfaces of the wet clutch are axially supported relative to one another, at least over a partial portion of the actuation travel of the wet clutch.

A hydrodynamic torque converter device comprising a torsional vibration damper, an impeller, a turbine, a stator, and a converter lockup clutch. The torsional vibration damper has first and second energy accumulating devices with one or more first energy accumulators, and second energy accumulators, respectively. The converter lockup clutch and the first and second energy accumulating devices are connected in series. The turbine has an outer shell that is rotationally fixed to an intermediate part between the first and second accumulating devices. An input element of the first energy accumulating device is used to transmit torque via the lockup clutch for loading the first energy accumulating device. The input element of the first energy accumulating device has at least one lug having a free end and a non-free end, with the non-free end of the lug radially inside the free end of the lug.

A device for damping vibrations, especially a torsional vibration damper, comprising at least one primary part and a secondary part that are coaxial in relation to each other and limited rotatably relative to each other in a peripheral direction, whereby the primary part and secondary part () are coupled with each other by a vibration damper, and the secondary part can be at least indirectly coupled to a connecting element, especially a transmission input shaft.
