A cable gland including a screw sleeve which can be inserted into a wall or a pipe coupling is provided. A union nut interacts with the screw sleeve, and a clamping insert is acted on by the union nut and is adapted to be pressed against a cable which is to be retained by tightening the union nut. The cable has a reinforcement and a clamping device for clamping a portion of the reinforcement is provided in the cable gland. The clamping device partially engages in the screw sleeve in an axial direction in a use position and is acted on by the union nut outside the screw sleeve. A portion of the clamping device engages in the screw sleeve and acts in an interlocking manner on an inner face of the screw sleeve in the rotation direction in the use position.

Cable fitting having a clamping device for an armor of the cable

A connector () impermeable to liquids, having two matching connector parts () and (), which is sealed in a connected position by at least one peripherally extending circumferential sealing ring () provided between the connector pats () and (). The plug-in position is secured by a rotatable, axially fixed threaded bushing (), which is fixed in the axial direction, but rotatably supported on one of the connector parts, and the internal thread () of which is mated to the holding thread () on the other connector part. A further thread or projection or threaded part () mating with the interior thread () is provided in a loosening direction at a distance from the holding thread () interacting with the threaded bushing (), and a distance A from the end of the holding thread () to that of the further thread () is greater than a plug-in depth of the connecting pins () into the bushings (). The sealing ring () for both connector parts is disposed at a location at which it is still in the sealing position after pulling back the threaded bushing () that is detached from the holding thread (). Any sparks occurring upon loosening of the contacts are therefore shielded from the environment.

Connector impermeable to liquids

A ventilation valve () for heaters () or heating installations is provided, with the valve including a holding body () and a valve body () which can be axially displaced in the holding body () and closes a ventilation channel in the initial position and opens the channel after being axially displaced, the course of the ventilation channel () deviates from an axial direction and the ventilation channel includes an inlet () located inside the heater. The ventilation channel () is located in the valve body () itself, and the valve body () can be axially displaced against a restoring force in relation to the holding body (), with the inlet () being displaced out of the closed position inside the holding body () into the heater, after an axial displacement, and the valve body () and the holding body () can be adjusted in relation to each other in a rotational direction.

A plug connector having a housing located at a plate opening in an operating position, and the plug connector contains wires and/or braids of a cable and electrical contacts. Assembly on the plate is realized by a flange plate attached to the outside of the housing having an interior recess with an interior dimension for engaging the housing of the plug connector. The flange plate is constructed as a single piece, and one of the interior recesses has a continuous slot extending to the outside, which slot acts as a clamp slot with the interior dimension of the interior recess being made smaller by narrowing the slot, and an arrangement is provided, by which the flange plate can be pressed in and thus clamped onto the outside of the housing. Preferably, the slot is reduced by at least one clamp screw with locking threads, or a lock nut.

Plug connector for front plate or back plate assembly

A kit or set made up of a number of differently dimensioned types of cable glands, which can each be used to hold and fix cables of different diameters or dimensions, respectively including two differently dimensioned clamping or sealing inserts so that the cable can be clamped at an outer sheath on the one hand and at an inner sheath on the other hand, wherein a shielding braid is provided between the two sheaths and emerges from the larger sheath at a point where the latter ends, with the result that it can come into touching contact with the respective cable gland. In this case, a smaller clamping or sealing insert of a larger cable gland type also has the same dimensions with regard to its support in the respective screw sleeve as the larger clamping or sealing insert of a further cable gland type of smaller dimensions; in other words, two differently dimensioned cable glands nevertheless each contain a structurally identical clamping and sealing insert, thereby improving the mass production and stocking of the sealing inserts.

Kit or set comprising at least two differently dimensioned types of cable glands

A plug () with a housing in the form of a sleeve () and an insulating body () arranged therein is provided, which retains extended contacts (), which includes an electrically conductive retainer spring () for a ground contact () having a sleeve-like plug-in piece () for the ground contact () arranged in a hole or perforation () of the insulating body (), which has a free passage in an axial direction, the plug-in piece () accommodating the retainer spring () via a lateral opening () in the insulating body (), and the hole or perforation () forms with the lateral opening () a back-cut for the somewhat elastically compressible plug-in piece (). A spring arm () extends along an outer side of the plug-in piece () arranged on the outside of the insulating body (), even when in use, which contacts the inner side of the sleeve () and has an inwardly directed projection () arranged on a free end thereof which engages in a depression or recess () on the ground contact () and fixes the ground contact () in the axial direction.

An angled plug-in connector () is provided having an insulating body that is located in a first angled limb () and that contains electric contacts. The conductor or conductors that extend from the insulating body extend through a second angled limb (). The opposing end faces () of the angled limbs () that lie in the angled region are oblique, generally forming a mitre and are interconnected by an articulation or in a detachable manner. At least one of the two angled limbs is provided with a recess or annular groove (), which extends over the greater part of a circumference thereof, is open to an exterior over at least a part of its length, and in which a fitted spring-loaded ring () can be placed. The ring () is open or includes a gap () and has two end sections (). At least one of the end sections projects beyond the recess or annular groove (), extending from the angled limb when in the working position and engages in a retaining element () on the other angled limb, when in the locked or working position of the plug-in connector.

Angled electric plug-in connector comprising a first angled limb and a second angled limb

An electric angled plug-in connector () is provided having an insulating body that is arranged in a first angled limb () and that contains electric contacts. One or more electric wires extend through a second angled limb (). The two opposing faces () of the angled limbs () that lie in the angled area are diagonal, essentially forming a miter and are connected to each other in an articulated or detachable manner. At least one of the angled limbs is provided with a retaining element () having a cavity in the form of a recess, opening (), or undercut. The continuation of the cavity of the retaining element () on the other angled limb located in the closed position is provided with a seat or guide () that extends around an exterior of the angled limb and a coupling element () is mounted in the receiving element or guide () and in the cavity in order to fix the two angled limbs () to one another, thus blocking a relative motion or pivoting of the angled limbs () relative to one another.

A plug-in connector has an insulating body which holds electrical contacts, for example contact pins or contact tubes, in bores which extend in the axial direction. On its outside, the insulating body has a groove which opens outwardly and which intersects the holes or bores for the contacts over part of their radial extension. A retaining ring fits into the groove and in the working position, simultaneously engages in groove-like recesses provided on the contacts, thereby fixing the contacts in an axial direction. The retaining ring can also support at least one retaining tongue protruding preferably radially inwardly in the plane of the retaining ring. The retaining tongue extends into the area of a further bore for a middle contact through a channel or opening in the insulating body and in the working position, engages in the recess thereof so that this middle contact is also axially fixed.

Plug-in connector with a bushing

A connecting fitting used for fixing longitudinal bodies to perforations or openings, especially in the wall of a housing, which include retaining projecting elements that engage with the edge of the perforation from the rear, and a stop in the form of a plastic ring which, in use, lies on a side of the opening opposite the edge of the opening that is engaged from the rear. The elastic ring is supported by a surface of the connecting fitting which expands from an area adjacent the opening from inside toward outside in an oblique manner, whereby the ring can be moved and displaced axially when the diameter is elastically enlarged, in order to account for different wall thicknesses. In order to compensate for even greater differences in wall thicknesses, the connecting fitting, adjacent to the region of the oblique surface, is divided into a separate part which include the oblique surface that is displaceable on the connecting fitting in an axial direction, whereby the axial distance of the oblique surface to the retaining projecting elements can be modified or selected, thereby allowing for at least approximate adaptation to various wall thicknesses.

Connecting fitting with an elastic ring as a stop

A connection fitting (1) is provided for fastening long bodies, such as hoses, particularly corrugated hoses (2), but also pipes or cables, to an opening (3), for example in a wall (4) of a housing. The fitting (1) has a fastening projection (5), protruding axially in the plug-in direction (Pf1), which is divided into retaining tongues (7) by slots (6). Retaining projections (8) are arranged protruding approximately radially outwardly from these retaining tongues. When the fastening projection (5) is inserted into the opening (3) or similar passageway, the retaining tongues (7) are deformed radially inwardly by an edge (10) of the opening (3) against a restoring force, and arrive at their fastening position beyond the opposing edge (9) of the opening (3), whereby the retaining projections (8) grasp behind this edge (9). Spaced axially from the retaining projections (8), a detent is arranged which rests in the fastening position on the opening edge (10) lying opposite the edge (9) of the opening (3) which has been grasped behind, i.e. the edge (10) which is the front edge in the plug-in direction. This detent includes an elastic ring (11) supported on an angled surface (12) of the connection fitting (1) that widens outwardly obliquely away from the opening (3). The ring (11) is pressed against this angled surface (12) and/or displaced in the axial direction on this angled surface (12) under elastic deformation and/or under expansion of its diameter against a restoring force. In this process, this elastically flexible ring (11) can simultaneously have a sealing function.
