An ophthalmologic apparatus according to an exemplary embodiment acquires data by OCT scanning of the anterior eye segment. The apparatus generates distribution information of a predetermined parameter in the anterior eye segment by analyzing the data. The apparatus acquires a front image of the anterior eye segment at the time of the data being acquired. The apparatus stores the first distribution information and the first front image both corresponding to the first time, and the second distribution information and the second front image both corresponding to the second time. The apparatus calculates the positional difference between the first front image and the second front image. The apparatus applies registration to the first distribution information and the second distribution information based on the positional difference.

A lens meter includes a measurement optical system that projects measurement light to a test lens, and receives the measurement light which has passed through the test lens, a control part that calculates an optical characteristic value of the test lens based on the received measurement light, and controls the measurement optical system, a display part that displays the optical characteristic value by control of the control part, and an imaging part that obtains a lens image of the test lens, wherein the control part generates a mapping image showing distribution of the optical characteristic value of the test lens based on the optical characteristic value and position information of a measurement position of the optical characteristic value, generates a superimposed image in which the mapping image is superimposed onto the lens image, and displays the superimposed image on the display part.

Device and method for optometry

There is provided a Shack-Hartmann wavefront sensor which can repetitively perform a measurement at high speed and at short measurement intervals. An illuminating optical system includes a first polarizing optical member to alternately change a polarization condition to a first polarized light or a second polarized light, and illuminates a pulse light from a laser light source part to an ocular fundus of a subject eye through a first polarizing optical member. A light receiving optical system includes a second polarizing optical member to select each polarized light component of the reflected light from the subject eye illuminated according to the polarization condition of the first polarizing optical member, and a first and a second light receiving parts to alternately receive the reflected light of the selected polarized light component. An ophthalmologic measuring apparatus measures the wavefront aberration of the subject eye at short intervals based on the output of the first and the second light receiving parts.
