An alignment device includes a base table, a plurality of electric actuators attached to the base table, an alignment table supported by the plurality of electric actuators. Each of the plurality of electric actuators includes a linear motion device that drives the alignment table in a direction approaching or separating from the base table.

Alignment device and lens alignment system

A projector apparatus that can effectively reduce bending of a base plate supporting a lens shifting unit thereon and facilitates replacement of unit parts in the event of a failure is provided. The projector apparatus includes: a base plate attached inside a projector body; a lens supporting unit attached to the base plate and supporting a projection lens so as to be movable relative to the base plate; guiding mechanisms for guiding the lens supporting unit so as to be freely movable in a horizontal direction and a normal direction relative to the base plate; and fixing devices which fix the base plate to the projector body. The fixing devices include a plurality of first fixing devices provided at a peripheral edge of the base plate, and second fixing devices provided on an inner side of the plurality of first fixing devices.

Projector apparatus

A lens moving mechanism includes a lens mount unit on which a lens for projecting light is mounted, a lens guide unit which supports the lens mount unit and guides the lens mount unit in at least one axis direction among three orthogonal axis directions including an optical axis direction of the light, and a lens guide fixing unit to which the lens guide unit is fixed. The lens guide unit includes a plurality of linear motion guide devices each including a track body fixed to the lens guide fixing unit and a moving body moving along the track body. A plurality of track bodies are coaxially disposed in the lens guide fixing unit.

Lens moving mechanism

A lens moving mechanism includes a first lens guide unit which guides a lens mount, on which a lens for projecting light is mounted, in two orthogonal axis directions among three orthogonal axis directions including an optical axis direction of the light. The first lens guide unit includes a first track rail and a second track rail which are disposed to intersect each other in the two orthogonal axis directions, and one or a plurality of slider blocks which are mounted to be relatively movable on both or either of the first track rail and the second track rail. The one or plurality of slider blocks are disposed at an intersecting portion between the first track rail and the second track rail in one axis direction orthogonal to the two orthogonal axis directions, or are disposed to at least partially overlap each other in the one axis direction.

A lens moving mechanism includes a guide section which supports a lens mount unit on which a lens for projecting light is mounted and guides the lens mount unit in three orthogonal axis directions including an optical axis direction of the light, and a base member which supports a saddle guide unit of the guide section and is fixed to a projector main body. The saddle guide unit includes first linear motion guide devices which are fixed to the base member and guide the lens mount unit in an orthogonal-to-optical axis direction orthogonal to the optical axis direction.
