A new and distinct variety of Hybrid Tea rose plant is provided having fully double blossoms which are of an attractive intense orange coloration on the upper surfaces of the petals. The new variety is well adapted for the production of cut flowers on an abundant basis while being grown under greenhouse conditions. Once cut the blossoms ship well and exhibit good vase life.

Rose plant--Meirope variety

A new and distinct variety of Hybrid Tea rose plant is provided having fully double blossoms which are of an attractive pink coloration. The blossoms are produced in abundance and are of an attractive form. Since the new variety is exceptionally vigorous and a remarkably rapid grower, it is well adapted for the production of cut flowers while being grown under greenhouse cultivation.

Rose plant-Meifota variety

A new and distinct variety of Hybrid Tea rose plant is provided which particularly is suited for growing under glass to produce highly attractive cut flowers. The double blossoms exhibit an elegant appearance and are of a unique light cream yellow coloration which is lightly margined with luminous pink. The blossoms advantageously exhibit a very long vase life and the petals detach cleanly.

Rose plant-meijason variety

A new and distinct variety of Hybrid Tea rose plant is provided having large attractive double blossoms which are light Venetian pink in coloration. The edges of the outer surfaces of the petals are lightly shaded with fuchsine. The new variety is well adapted for the production of cut flowers while being grown under greenhouse cultivation.

Rose plant-Meikola variety

A new and distinct variety of rose plant is provided which bears highly attractive double relatively large blossoms which exhibit a colorful blend of yellow and rouge coloration. The new variety of the present invention resulted from the controlled crossing of an unnamed seed parent obtained by crossing the Meigold variety and the Peer Gynt variety with pollen from an unnamed parent obtained by crossing progeny of a cross between the Meialfi variety and the Meifan variety with the King's Ransom variety. The resulting variety possesses long arching canes as well as glossy deep green foliage. The new variety is particularly suited for growing in the U.S. landscape where climbing or pillar roses are customarily grown.

Climber rose plant--Metzalitaf variety

A new and distinct variety of rose plant of the Miniature Class is provided having attractive well formed very double blossoms which are neyron pink in coloration. The new variety resulted from the crossing of Meirotego variety with pollen from an unnamed seedling which was formed by crossing the Meilucca and Perla de Montserrat varieties. The new variety has a compact and vigorous growth habit and is well adapted for landscape uses.

Miniature rose plant--Meifinaro variety

A new and distinct variety of free-branching low growing shrub rose plant is provided having attractive very double flowers which are of a Neyron pink coloration. The new variety resulted from the crossing of an unnamed seedling resulting from the cross of Rosa sempervirens and the Mlle. Marthe Carron variety with pollen from the Picasso variety. The new variety is extremely hardy, exceptionally vigorous, and exhibits outstanding disease resistance which renders it well adapted for landscape uses.

Rose plant -- Meidomonac variety

A new and distinct variety of Hybrid Tea rose plant is provided having highly attractive double flowers which are of empire yellow edged with an amaranth red flush. The new variety resulted from the crossing of the Meinuzeten and Mme. A. Meilland varieties, and is particularly suited for use in the beautification of parks and gardens.

Rose plant -- Meimagarmic variety

A new and distinct variety of Hybrid Tea rose plant is provided having double flowers which are of a brilliant luminous red coloration. The new variety resulted from the crossing of the Meidirapo variety and an unnamed seedling, and is particularly suited for growing in a greenhouse to form in abundance highly attractive flowers which when cut are long lasting and hold their color well.

Rose plant -- Meirotervi variety

A new and distinct variety of Hybrid Tea rose plant is provided which has double bicolored flowers and vigorous vegetation. The petals are yellowish-white in color suffused with geranium lacquer on the edges. The new variety is a sport of the Meibiranda variety which is described in U.S. Pat. Ser. No. 76,311, filed Sept. 17, 1979.

Rose plant--Meirandival variety

A new and distinct variety of Hybrid Tea rose plant is provided which is particularly suited for forcing in greenhouses to produce in a relatively rapid flower cycle long lasting highly attractive yellow flowers. The cut buds of the new variety open consistently and uniformly when placed in water. Also, the new variety exhibits above-average resistance to diseases which commonly afflict yellow-flowering roses.

Rose plant--Meirobidor variety

A new and distinct variety of Miniature rose plant is provided which is a sport of Meirov variety. The new variety is identical to Meirov variety with the exception of the flower color which is of a distinctive bright blood red coloration. Such flowers are highly attractive and long lasting.

Miniature rose plant -- Meiddanego variety

A new and distinct variety of rose plant of the Miniature Class is provided having double flowers which are azalea pink in color. The present variety is a bud mutation of the Meijikatar Variety (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 4,682) which has double flowers which are brilliant vermillion red in color.

Miniature rose plant--Meijidiro variety

A new rose plant of the Floribunda Class is provided having attractive double flowers which are china pink on the inside and neyron pink on the outside. Such flowers are formed in abundance and when cut are long lasting. The plant is particularly susceptible to forcing.

Rose plant--meitoflapo variety

A new and distinct variety of Hybrid Tea rose plant is provided which has attractive double flowers, few prickles, and a vigorous erect growth habit. The petals are buttercup yellow on the inside and tangarine orange on the outside and have a Chinese yellow unguis on the upper surface. The seed parent of the new variety was an unnamed variety and the pollen parent was of the MEILIMONA variety (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 4,013).
