Provided is a screw device nozzle that can gas-cool a screw device effectively. A screw device cooling nozzle () of the present invention is placed in such a manner as to surround at least one of a screw shaft () and a nut (). The cooling nozzle () includes an internal passage () into which gas is introduced, an opening () for releasing the gas flow introduced into the internal passage (), a deflection surface (), provided adjacent to the opening (), for bending the gas flow released from the opening (), and a guide path () for drawing in gas outside the cooling nozzle ().

Screw device cooling nozzle and motion guide device cooling nozzle

A motion device () includes a track rail (), a moving body (), a plurality of rolling elements () rolling in an endless circulation passage formed at the track rail () and the moving body (), a pair of lid bodies () attached to end surfaces of the moving body () in a movement direction thereof, and a connector cover body () disposed along a rolling element rolling surface () formed at the moving body () to cover a rolling element connector () connecting and holding the rolling elements (). The connector cover body () has a frame-shaped cover member () which is fixed to the pair of the lid bodies () to be integrally disposed at both ends of the rolling element rolling surface () in a width direction thereof.

Motion device

A rolling guide device is capable of facilitating smooth circulation of rolling elements in an endless circulation path, and enhancing the accuracy of motion of a moving member relative to a track member. The moving member includes: a main body member having load rolling surfaces and return paths for the rolling elements; direction change pipes incorporating inner direction change paths and having inner peripheral guide surfaces of outer direction change paths, respectively; and lid members each being mounted on the main body member and having outer peripheral guide surfaces of the outer direction change paths. The main body member has position reference holes formed therein so as to serve as position references for the direction change pipes, respectively, whereas the direction change pipes have positioning protrusions formed thereon so as to be press-fitted into the position reference holes, respectively. Further, the direction change pipes include rotation restriction protruding portions.

Rolling guide device

A rolling guide device is capable of preventing a scooping piece formed on a circulation path module from being deformed along with use over time, and enhancing the durability of the scooping piece, thereby achieving smooth motion of a moving member relative to a track member. A moving member includes: a main body member having load rolling surfaces and return paths for rolling elements; direction change pipes having formed therein inner direction change paths and having inner peripheral guide surfaces of outer direction change paths, respectively; and lid members each being mounted on the main body member and having outer peripheral guide surfaces of the outer direction change paths. Each of the direction change pipes includes: a first half circulation segment and a second half circulation segment; and a scooping portion for guiding the rolling elements into each of the inner direction change paths.

Rolling guidance device

A motion guide device including a track shaft having a rolling surface; a moving member movable along the track shaft; a first seal member in sliding contact with a surface of the track shaft to close a gap between the track shaft and the moving member; and a second seal member provided along the rolling surface of the track shaft and closes the gap between the track shaft and the moving member. The second seal member includes: a fixing substrate locked to the moving member; and a seal portion fixed to the fixing substrate along the rolling surface of the track shaft and includes a seal lip portion in sliding contact with the surface of the track shaft and an extended seal portion in close contact with the first seal member while being compressed by the first seal member when the first seal member is fixed to the moving member.
