The present invention relates to compressed tablets for peroral delivery of the cannabinoid cannabidiol (CBD). The present invention relates to compressed tablets for peroral delivery of the cannabinoid cannabidiol (CBD). The compressed tablets according to the invention can conveniently be used in the treatment of psychosis disorders or anxiety disorders. The invention further provides a method for the manufacture of the compressed tablets.

More particularly, the invention provides a compressed tablet having a tablet weight of 25-1000 mg, said tablet being composed of: compressed tablet containing delta 9-tetrahydrocannabinol, method for its manufacture and use of such tablet in oral treatment &#x2022;30-90 wt % of a granulate; &#x2022;10-70 wt % of lactose; and &#x2022;0-30 wt % of other tablet excipients; wherein the granulate contains: a.2-5 wt % of &#x394;9-tetrahydrocannabinol; b.2-20 wt % of sucrose fatty acid mono-ester; c.50-96 wt % of lactose; d.0.05-0.6 wt % of antioxidant; and e.0-25 wt % of other granulate excipients. The compressed tablets according to the invention can conveniently be used in the treatment of spasticity and pain caused by multiple sclerosis, neurophatic pain, chronic pain, behavioral disturbance by Alzheimer's disease, stroke, spinal cord injury, peripheral neuropathy, neurogenic pain, nociceptive pain and nausea. The invention further provides a method for the manufacture of the compressed tablets.

Compressed tablet containing &#x394;9-tetrahydrocannabinol, method for its manufacture and use of such tablet in oral treatment

The present invention relates to a granulate comprising granules made up of 40-99 wt. % of lactose particles and 1-60 wt. % of a binding component that holds together the lactose particles within the granules. Said granules have a mass weighted average diameter of 50-500 &#x3bc;m and said binding component is a solid dispersion or a solid solution of 10-75 wt. % of a cannabinoid in 25-80 wt. % of a lipophilic matrix. The lipophilic matrix contains at least 80 wt. % sucrose fatty acid mono-ester, the fatty acid residue being selected from C-Cfatty acids. The aforementioned granulate can be processed into oral dosage units in the form of tablets for oral delivery. The invention further provides a method for the manufacture of the granulate.

The present invention relates to a method of dyeing a substrate with a reactive dyestuff in supercritical or near supercritical carbon dioxide, said substrate being selected from the group consisting of cellulose fibers, modified cellulose fibers, protein fibers and of synthetic fibers, or any combination thereof, wherein the method comprises the subsequent steps of: pre-treating the substrate by wetting the substrate with a fluid medium containing at least 10 wt. %, preferably at least 40 wt. % of one or more organic hydrogen bond acceptor compounds selected from the group consisting of C1-C6 alkanols, dimethyl sulfoxide, dimethylformamide, acetone, butan-2-one, dimethyl ether, methyl acetate and ethyl acetate; dyeing the substrate by contacting the pre-treated substrate with supercritical or near supercritical carbon dioxide containing a reactive dyestuff.

The present invention relates to a method of dyeing a substrate with a reactive dyestuff in supercritical or near supercritical carbon dioxide, said substrate being selected from the group consisting of cellulose fibers; modified cellulose fibers; protein fibers; synthetic fibers and any combination thereof, wherein the method comprises dyeing said substrate by contacting the substrate with supercritical or near supercritical carbon dioxide containing a reactive dyestuff and one or more acids in a concentration of at least 0.05 mol. %, calculated on the molar amount of reactive dyestuff that is used in the dyeing method, said reactive dyestuff being a chromophore derivative containing a chromophoric residue and a reactive group, said reactive group comprising a cyclic or heterocyclic aromatic residue that will be protonated under the conditions employed during the contacting, such protonation resulting in enhanced reactivity of the reactive dyestuff towards the plurality of reactive groups contained in the substrate.
