Method for operating a magnetic resonance device, magnetic resonance device, computer program and electronically readable data storage medium

A method is for automatic interaction with a patient during a magnetic resonance examination with a magnetic resonance apparatus. In an embodiment, the method includes detecting an acoustic utterance of the patient; processing the acoustic utterance of the patient via a speech processor, the processing of the acoustic utterance including at least determining the communication as a function of the acoustic utterance and checking the communication for a correlation with a parameter of the magnetic resonance examination; determining the output as a function of the communication of the patient and the parameter of the magnetic resonance examination and providing the output. A magnetic resonance apparatus of an embodiment includes at least a processor to carry out an embodiment of the method. The method can further be stored on a computer program product or medium for execution by a processor.

Method and magnetic resonance apparatus for automatic interaction with a patient

A method is provided to prevent a permissible specific absorption rate being exceeded during a magnetic resonance examination and to an evaluation unit. The method includes a first provisioning unit providing a permissible SAR to an evaluation unit. A second provisioning unit, which may be identical to the first provisioning unit, provides a scan protocol for the magnetic resonance examination to the evaluation unit. The evaluation unit checks the scan protocol for the permissible SAR. If this check reveals that the permissible SAR is not adhered to, the scan protocol is modified. In this case, the modification of the scan protocol entails the amendment of at least one scan parameter of the scan protocol. The amendment of the at least one scan parameter is performed in dependence on at least one preference parameter.

Specific absorption rate adjustment of scan parameters

A method is provided for recording, with a magnetic resonance device, magnetic resonance data of a target region of a patient moved by their breathing. An optical camera arranged in a bore of the magnetic resonance device directed onto the patient is used. Image data of the patient recorded by the camera before and/or during the recording of the magnetic resonance data is evaluated to form breathing information describing the breathing state and the breathing information is used for triggering and/or movement correction and/or assessment of a process in which a patient holds their breath.
