Disclosed is a method for managing user related data by an access server, the method includes: receiving a request of a user related data; determining data storage storing the user related data; generating an inquiry to the determined data storage for receiving the user related data; in response to a detection that the data storage is granted a right to provide the user related data to the access server receiving the user related data; and generating a response to the system of the service provider, the response including the user related data. Also disclosed is an access server and a computer program product.

Access management to user related data

Embodiments herein relate to methods, a chatbot capable framework and a system for allowing a dialogue between user devices using the chatbot framework. A first user device establishes a session with the chatbot framework and starts a dialogue with the framework. The first user devices invites a second user device via the chatbot framework, the second user devices connects to the chatbot framework and accepts the invitation and the chatbot framework allows the dialogue between the user devices and stores a session state in a database.

Methods and apparatuses for cross platforms conversations through a bot framework

The embodiments herein relate to a method in a user device and a method in a chatbot capable framework for providing continuity in chat communications between the user device and the chatbot capable framework. The method in the user device comprises: establishing a session with the chatbot framework over a first chat platform associated with a first chat application; starting a dialogue with the framework; initiating a transfer of the dialogue to a second chat platform associated with a second chat application and initiating a new session with the framework over the second chat platform and inputting identification information for continuing the dialogue where it stopped at the first chat platform.

Methods for providing continuity in chatbot communications

Embodiments herein relate to methods, a user equipment and a chatbot agent for associating/connection a user identification information to a chatbot capable framework user-specific identify.
