The patient information comprises a treatment plan. A failure of compliance with the treatment plan by the patient is determined from the patient information. The failure of compliance and the patient information are evaluated to determine one or more potential cause of the failure of compliance. The one or more potential cause is provided to a user for review.

Aspects of the present invention disclose a method, computer program product, and system for identifying symptoms based on digital media. The method includes one or more processors receiving digital media and information associated with a first animal from a user. The method further includes one or more processors identifying data records, stored in a knowledge database, that are respectively associated with an animal that is similar to the first animal. The method further includes one or more processors determining symptom information corresponding to the first animal based on a comparison of the received digital media and information associated with the first animal and the identified data records. The method further includes presenting the determined symptom information to a user.

A method, computing system and computer program product are provided. A first entity system that stores sensitive information associated with different entities applies a hash function a portion of the sensitive information to produce hash values. Transaction information pertaining to transactions performed on entity systems are stored within a blockchain database accessible to the entity systems. The hash values of the first entity system are compared to the hash values from others of the entity systems to determine entity systems containing information pertaining to same entities. An improved scalability runtime system for a global address space language running on a distributed or shared memory machine uses a directory of shared variables having a data structure for tracking shared variable information that is shared by a plurality of program threads. Allocation and de-allocation routines are used to allocate and de-allocate shared variable entries in the directory of shared variables. Different routines can be used to access different types of shared data. A control structure is used to control access to the shared data such that all threads can access the data at any time. Since all threads see the same objects, synchronization issues are eliminated. In addition, the improved efficiency of the data sharing allows the number of program threads to be vastly increased.
