A tandem photovoltaic structure including, from the rear face to the front face: a first SHJ solar cell comprising a first layer of P-type doped amorphous silicon and a substrate of N-type doped crystalline silicon, a junction layer, a second perovskite-type solar cell comprising an active layer and a second P-type layer, the junction layer being made of N-type TCO and being in direct contact either with the second P-type layer or with the first P-type layer, one amongst the first or second solar cell also comprising an N-type layer, the junction layer serving as an N-type layer in the other one amongst the first or second solar cell.

A method for electrically characterising a cut photovoltaic cell, includes measuring the feature I-V of the uncut cell; cutting the cell into a plurality of sub-cells; measuring the feature I-V of each sub-cell not electrically connected to the other sub-cells; measuring the feature I-V of a set comprising all the sub-cells connected in parallel; determining, on the basis of the measured features I-V, performance parameters of the uncut cell, of each sub-set and of the set; computing, for each sub-cell, the difference between the value of the performance parameters of the sub-cell and that of the performance parameter of the uncut cell; and computing the difference between the value of the performance parameter of the set and the value of the performance parameter of the uncut cell.

Method for electrically characterising a cut photovoltaic cell

A method for producing a heterojunction solar cell including the following successive steps: providing a substrate made from crystalline semiconductor material, doped with a first type of doping, and provided with a first main face; depositing a first layer of intrinsic amorphous semiconductor material on said first main face of the substrate; and forming a second layer of amorphous semiconductor material on the first layer. The method includes deposition of a barrier layer between the first and second layers, said barrier layer being of different nature from those of the first and second layers and includes doping of the second layer by ion implantation.

Method for producing a photovoltaic cell having a heterojunction, and resulting photovoltaic cell

A method for producing a heterojunction photovoltaic cell includes formation of at least one anti-reflection layer on which at least one metal track is formed. The method includes heat treatment to make the contact connection between the track and the anti-reflection layer. The heat treatment selectively applies a laser beam on the track to generate a heat input up to anti-reflection layer.
