The adder adds a constant-times encoded sequence axproduced by a first multiplier as a result of multiplication to a constant-times encoded sequence axproduced by a second multiplier. A second adder adds an additive encoded sequence ax+axproduced by a first adder to a constant-times encoded sequence axproduced by a third multiplier. The transmission unit transmits an additive encoded sequence g(=ax+ax+ax, produced by the second adder to an external apparatus as a transmitted signal g'.
