An electroluminescent display device is provided. The device includes a substrate on which a display area displaying an image and a non-display area surrounding the display area are defined. The device includes a thin film transistor and a light-emitting diode disposed in the display area on the substrate and electrically connected to each other. The device further includes an encapsulation part covering the thin film transistor and the light-emitting diode, a touch sensor part on the encapsulation part, and first and second crack stoppers disposed in the non-display area on the substrate. The second crack stopper is disposed between the first crack stopper and the display area. The first crack stopper includes a first pattern that is formed through a same process as an electrode layer of the touch sensor part.

A display device with a substrate including an active area having a plurality of pixels, and an inactive area adjacent to the active area; a plurality of power lines in the active area, connected to the plurality of pixels; a first power link line in the inactive area configured to receive power voltage and transmit the power voltage to the plurality of power lines; and a first hole disposed in the first power link line.

A display device can include a substrate including an active area having a plurality of pixels and a non-active area adjacent to the active area; a plurality of power lines in the active area, configured to transmit a power voltage to the plurality of pixels, and including a plurality of first power lines and a plurality of second power lines; and a power link line disposed in the non-active area and including a lower power link line connected to the plurality of power lines, a first lower connecting line extending from the lower power link line, and a second lower connecting line extending from the lower power link line, in which the first and second lower connecting lines extend in a different direction than the lower power link line, the plurality of first power lines includes at least two sets of first power lines spaced apart from each other, and the plurality of second power lines includes at least two sets of second power lines spaced apart from each other.

When using a flexible substrate to protect and support various components of an organic light emitting display device, among components including driving elements disposed on each of pixels of the organic light emitting display device, components where a high-level signal is applied during an emission period are grouped and are disposed on one side of the pixels. Further, components where a low-level signal is applied during the emission period are grouped and are disposed on the other side of the pixels. Accordingly, an electric field occurring due to a potential difference in the flexible substrate is minimized and shifting of a threshold voltage Vth of a thin-film transistor may be minimized. Thus, an OLED without an after-image can be provided.
