A household refrigerator has a receiving space for food which is delimited by walls of an inner container. A covering plate that is separate from the inner container is arranged in the receiving space in front of a wall of the inner container. A functional unit of the household refrigerator is arranged in the receiving space in front of the wall and in one spatial direction of the household refrigerator the covering plate ends next to the functional unit. The functional unit is covered, at least in certain sections, by a cover that is separate from the covering plate.

A household refrigerator has a receiving space for food, a back panel delimiting the receiving space at the back, a no-frost unit, and an air channel arranged behind the back panel and connected to the no-frost unit and has an outlet opening by which cold air from the no-frost unit can be introduced into the receiving space. A suction opening is provided by way of which air can be sucked out of the receiving space by the no-frost unit. The outlet opening and the suction opening are arranged at different levels. A baffle plate is arranged vertically between the outlet opening and the suction opening. The plate is arranged on the back panel and extends forwards in the direction of a loading opening, so cold air blown into the receiving space via the outlet opening flows around a leading edge of the baffle plate that faces the loading opening.

A refrigeration appliance, particularly a domestic refrigeration appliance, has a storage space surrounded by a thermally-insulating housing. The storage space is divided by at least one horizontal panel into an upper part and a lower part. One of the parts is divided by at least one vertical wall into two adjacent compartments. An air channel for exchanging air between an evaporator chamber and at least one first compartment extends in the vertical wall.

A domestic refrigeration appliance with a housing in which a receiving chamber for foodstuffs is formed, is delimited by walls of an interior container, and is formed with an additional compartment for foodstuffs in the receiving chamber comprising delimiting walls by way of which a receiving volume of the additional compartment is delimited. Delimiting walls can be separated and joined non-destructively, thus enabling the additional compartment to be reversibly assembled and disassembled in the receiving chamber.
