Implementations of the present disclosure include methods, systems, and computer-readable storage mediums for improving keyword searches for enterprise services receiving user input, processing the user input to identify a set of terms, querying a knowledge base based on each term of the set of terms to define a first set of facts, each fact of the first set of facts including instance data associated with a concept, generating a query based on the first set of facts, processing the query to generate search results, the search results including one or more enterprise services stored in an enterprise service repository, and transmitting information associated with each of the one or more enterprise services for display to a user.

Facilitating extraction and discovery of enterprise services

Methods, systems, and computer-readable storage media for providing action items from audio within an enterprise context. In some implementations, actions include determining a context of audio that is to be processed, providing training data to a speech recognition component, the training data being provided based on the context, receiving text from the speech recognition component, processing the text to identify one or more action items by identifying one or more concepts within the text and matching the one or more concepts to respective transitions in an automaton, and providing the one or more action items for display to one or more users.

Implementations of the present disclosure include methods for annotating an enterprise service that is electronically stored in an enterprise service repository. In some implementations, methods include generating one or more graphs based on one or more artifacts, the one or more artifacts resulting from a development process of the enterprise service, generating one or more metadata repositories based on the one or more artifacts, each metadata repository comprising instance data corresponding to one of the one or more graphs, storing the one or more graphs and the one or more metadata repositories to a knowledge base provided in a computer-readable medium, determining one or more annotations based on the one or more graphs and the one or more metadata repositories, associating the one or more annotations to the enterprise service, and storing the one or more annotations in the enterprise service repository.

Methods, systems, and computer-readable storage media for extending a knowledge base, implementations including receiving an enterprise service signature (ESS) associated with an enterprise service (ES), the ESS being stored in a computer-readable repository, segmenting the ESS to provide a segmented ESS, identifying one or more unknown terms from the segmented ESS, determining that at least one unknown term of the one or more unknown terms comprises at least one of a specialization and a new entity, and extending the knowledge base in view of the at least one of the specialization and the new entity.
