An electric refrigerant drive, in particular a refrigerant compressor for an air conditioner of a motor vehicle, has an electric motor drive module and a compressor module coupled to the drive module. The drive module has a motor housing which houses an electric motor with a rotatable motor shaft and is joined to an end shield. The drive module also comprises a fluid-tight housing partition opposite the end shield, thereby forming an electronic housing that receives an electronic motor unit and is closed by a housing cover. The compressor module has a compressor housing which is attached to the end shield of the motor housing of the drive module and which receives a compressor part that is coupled or can be coupled to the drive module so as to be driven.

Electric refrigerant drive

The invention relates to a coil (), in particular for an electric machine, in particular a transformator or an electromechanical converter, in particular an electric motor, for guiding an electric current for producing a magnetic field. Said coil consists of individual windings () that are essentially embodied as a flat body thus obtaining a tightly packed structure when the windings () are superimposed, and respectively, each winding () comprises at least one circulating conductor path with the exception of at least one electric interruption on one side. Said conductor path of a winding () comprises, on one point, an electroconductive connection with a conductor path of an adjacent winding (). The windings () are incidentally, essentially electrically isolated to each other.

Coil for an electric machine and method for producing a coil

The invention relates to a permanent magnet rotor, which has a rotor shaft, a rotor stack fixed on the rotor shaft, accommodating pockets provided in the rotor stack and permanent magnets positioned in the accommodating pockets. The accommodating pockets are sealed by means of an adhesive film, as a result of which the permanent magnets are fixed in the accommodating pockets and at the same time the ingress of particles into the accommodating pockets and the discharge of particles out of the accommodating pockets is prevented.

A permanent magnet rotor includes a rotor shaft, a rotor packet that is secured to the rotor shaft and that has a radially inner region and a radially outer region, reception pockets provided in the rotor packet between its radially inner region and its radially outer region and permanent magnets that are positioned in the reception pockets. Clearances are provided in the radially inner region of the rotor packet. The permanent magnets are fixed in the respectively associated reception pocket by means of a projection of a part region of the inner region, wherein the part region is arranged between the respective clearance and the respective reception pocket.

An electrical machine has a stator, a rotor, which features a rotor shaft, and at least one bearing for the rotor. The bearing is supported on a bearing block, which in its turn rests on an end face of the stator or on an insulating end disk positioned on an end face of the stator and/or is supported inside the stator.

As an antilock system for a permanently excited electric motor drive, especially for a steering booster servo drive of a motor vehicle, in the event of a winding short-circuit, an interruption of at least one winding phase (MPor MPor MP) of the winding affected by the short circuit is provided, by a separating means (T) triggered by an explosion directly or indirectly by the winding short-circuit. The antilock system advantageously has a separate neutral point connection part (MP) which is especially embodied as a sheet metal moulded part, is to be connected to the winding ends of the electric motor, and contains the winding phases (MP; MP; MP) and the neutral point connection thereof as a single component. The antilock system is purposefully arranged on a front winding head of the electric motor and connected to the winding thereof.
