In one embodiment, a method is provided wherein health parameters having goals associated therewith are displayed; data relating to the health parameters is received and the display is incremented according to a progress of the user toward the goal. When collection of the data is completed, it is determined whether a current value of a first one of the health parameters within a predetermined range of the goal associated therewith. When the current value of the first one of the health parameters is within the range, a portion of the display relating thereto is upgraded. When the current value of all of the health parameters is within the range, the entire display is upgraded. The display upgrades may comprise display of an animation and/or using color, light, and/or flashing to simulate a shining or shimmering of the display.

Methods and apparatus for dynamic displays

A health tracking system configured to provide activity, nutrition, health, and sleep data to a user. The health tracking system comprises a personal electronic device configured to receive health data obtained by a sensor device and/or manually input by the user and display personal metrics on a display screen.
