A chain lock, in particular for a two-wheeler, comprises a lock body and a chain. The chain comprises a serial arrangement of consecutive links that are coupled to one another via a respective articulated joint between one another and that can be pivoted relative to one another about a joint axis, which is in parallel with a normal direction, of the respective articulated joint. The lock body has a locking receiver, which is configured to receive one of the articulated joints, and comprises a locking mechanism by means of which the articulated joint received in the locking receiver can be secured against a departure from the locking receiver.

A holder for a portable lock, which has a lock body having a locking mechanism and a spring-loaded button, has at least a first holding section and a second holding section that is disposed opposite the first holding section with respect to a reception space for the lock body, wherein the first and second holding sections are configured to engage around the lock body, when inserted into the holder along an introduction direction, at a first side and at a second side of the lock body that is disposed opposite the first side. The holder has, at least at the first holding section, a securing opening that is formed to take the button of the lock body into engagement in order hereby to secure the lock body against an unintentional release from the holder against the introduction direction.

A base unit for a keyboard is presented. The base unit has a substantially rectangular layout. The base unit includes an equipment portion, formed so that it can be equipped with a plurality of key switches for the keyboard. The equipment portion is arranged on a first side of the base unit. The base unit further comprises at least one coupling portion for mechanically coupling the base unit to an accessory module for the keyboard. Each coupling portion includes a first coupling feature and a second coupling feature. The first coupling feature is arranged on the first side of the base unit, and the second coupling feature is arranged on a second side of the base unit facing away from the first side. Each coupling feature is arranged parallel to a long side of the base unit continuously between narrow sides of the base unit. The first coupling feature is formed for positive locking with a first mounting feature of the accessory module. The second coupling feature is formed for positive locking with a second mounting feature of the accessory module.

A securing device for securing a component to an object comprises a fastening element having an engagement section and having a longitudinal axis, wherein the fastening element is selectively connectable to a counter element by actuating the engagement section; and a cover sleeve which is movably supported at the fastening element between a closed position in which the cover sleeve prevents an actuation of the engagement section and an open position in which the cover sleeve allows an actuation of the engagement section. At least one blocking element is provided between the fastening element and the cover sleeve, said blocking element being freely movable in the closed position of the cover sleeve between a latched position in which it blocks the cover sleeve in the closed position and an unlatched position in which it allows a movement of the cover sleeve into the open position. The blocking element is further supported between the fastening element and the cover sleeve such that, when the cover sleeve is in the closed position, it adopts the latched position due to gravity in a normal alignment of the longitudinal axis of the fastening element and it adopts the unlatched position due to gravity in an installation alignment of the longitudinal axis of the fastening element perpendicular to the normal alignment.

A support for an electronic appliance comprises a hollow profilefor disposing one or more electronic appliancesthereon. Thereby, one or more electronic appliancesmay be stored on the support and may be conveniently and securely connected to the connection plug for charging their accumulators or for synchronizing the data stored thereon.

A roller skate having enhanced durability and stability is disclosed. Furthermore, the roller skate is particularly adapted for affixing to a person's footwear, such as sneakers, boots or the like. The skate includes a platform for supporting a skater's foot. The platform includes a toe plate and heel plate connected by an adjustable connecting assembly. A front truck is affixed to the underside of the toe plate, while a rear truck is affixed to the underside of the heel plate. The front truck includes simple bracket arms for affixing a single front wheel which is capable of rotating, but not capable of tilting about the platform's longitudinal axis. Meanwhile, the rear wheel truck is mounted to the underside of the heel plate so as to permit both tilting movement about an inclined longitudinal axis, and also rotation about a transverse axis relative to the roller skate's platform. Preferably, the roller skate includes three wheels rotatably mounted to the rear wheel truck. A button projects upwardly from the roller skate's heel plate so as to engage a skater's heel when it is placed upon the roller skate's platform. The button is connected to the roller skate's connecting assembly so that depression of the button causes the platform to unlock from an extending condition to allow the skate to automatically contract to capture a skater's foot.
