A brake pedal module for a brake-by-wire braking system of a vehicle is disclosed, with a carrier component for attaching the brake pedal module to the vehicle, a brake pedal mounted pivotably on the carrier component, a feedback unit which, to generate a resistance on actuation of the brake pedal, is mechanically coupled at one end to the brake pedal and at the other end to the carrier module, and a sensor unit for detecting a braking request of a driver and having at least one sensor for detecting an actuation travel. The sensor unit is attached to the carrier component at the side of the brake pedal such that the sensor is arranged on a pivot bearing of the brake pedal.

Brake pedal module

A brake pedal module for a brake-by-wire brake system of a vehicle is disclosed. The brake pedal module includes a pivotably mounted brake pedal and a damping unit. The damping unit is mechanically coupled to the brake pedal to generate a resistance when the brake pedal is actuated. The brake pedal module comprises a sensor unit for detecting a braking intention of a driver. The sensor unit comprises at least one sensor for detecting an actuating travel, which is arranged on a pivot bearing of the brake pedal, and at least one further sensor for detecting an actuating force, which is arranged on a rear side of the brake pedal when considered in a plan view of an actuating surface of the brake pedal.

A brake pedal module for a brake-by-wire brake system of a vehicle is disclosed, having a carrier component for securing the brake pedal module on the vehicle, a brake pedal pivotably mounted on the carrier component, and a damping unit for producing a resistance during actuation of the brake pedal. The damping unit has an insert, which comprises at least one elastic element. A receptacle for the insert is formed on the carrier component, which receptacle forms a housing of the damping unit and into which the insert is inserted.

A brake pedal module for a 'brake-by-wire' brake system of a vehicle is disclosed. The brake pedal module has a pivotably mounted brake pedal and a damping unit. The damping unit is mechanically coupled to the brake pedal in order to generate a resistance when the brake pedal is actuated. The damping unit comprises a housing and a piston mounted in the housing in such a way that it can be moved from an initial position into an end position. In its initial position, the piston is supported on a base of the housing via at least two elastic elements arranged in series. A further elastic element is arranged parallel to the at least two elastic elements on the base of the housing. The further elastic element is not subject to any load in an initial position of the piston.

The invention relates to an assembly () for a hydraulic brake system having a fluid container () for a brake fluid, an electronic control unit () with a first housing (), a hydraulic block () with a second housing (), and a brake pressure control device which is arranged at least in sections in the second housing (), and a fastening device for fastening the fluid container () and the electronic control unit () to the hydraulic block (). The second housing () has a first fluid connector for connecting to the fluid container () and a second fluid connector () for connecting to a hydraulic line of the brake system. The brake pressure control device is set up to pressurize the brake fluid. The fastening device has a single-piece connecting element () which, in the mounted state of the assembly (), connects the second housing () to the first housing () and/or an electric motor () of the brake pressure control device.

Assembly for a hydraulic brake system, and vehicle brake system

The present disclosure pertains to a coupling device for coupling a fluid reservoir for a brake fluid with a brake actuation device. The coupling device includes at least one coupling extension provided at the fluid reservoir with a first recess, a second recess configured in the area of an edge of the brake actuation device as well as a hole configured in the brake actuation device and open to the second recess, a bridge element crossing the second recess along the edge of the brake actuation device and a coupling element with at least one striker, wherein, when the fluid reservoir is coupled to the brake actuation device, the hole is aligned with the first recess along a central longitudinal axis of the striker and the striker passes through the first recess and engages with the hole. The present disclosure also pertains to a vehicle brake system equipped with such a coupling device.

The present disclosure relates to a method for producing a brake force device for a vehicle brake system, in which a housing is produced, wherein a recess is formed in the housing, wherein a piston device is arranged in the recess, wherein the piston device is movably guided in the axial direction of a longitudinal axis of the recess and along a specified maximum stroke path, and the length of the maximum stroke path of the piston device is modified for different embodiments of the brake force device. Method for producing a brake force device for a vehicle brake system and such a brake force device

In a vehicle brake having a brake piston accommodated in a housing, a blocking device for securing the brake piston inside the housing and an actuating device for controlling the blocking device, it is provided that the brake piston together with the housing delimits a fluid chamber, which is chargeable with hydraulic fluid, so that the brake piston for actuating the vehicle brake is displaceable hydraulically inside the housing along a piston longitudinal axis, that moreover the blocking device comprises a ramp arrangement and a blocking element that is displaceable relative to the housing, and that by means of the actuating device the blocking element in interaction with the ramp arrangement for securing the brake piston inside the housing is displaceable and connectable to the brake piston. In this vehicle brake, it is further provided that the actuating device comprises a motor drive, which is drive-connected to the ramp arrangement, wherein the blocking element upon activation of the motor drive is displaced to secure and release the brake piston inside the housing.
