An orientation device for orienting loose products for a packaging manufacturing line including a conveyor belt movable at a transport speed along an advancement direction between entry and exit stations, a plurality of gripping equipment each including a support body and a gripping head, a transport track to which the support bodies are connected, and wherein the transport track includes an active branch extending parallel to the conveyor belt, spaced from the conveyor belt and completely contained between the entry and exit stations. Each gripping head is rotatable about a rotation axis perpendicular to the conveyor belt and configured to pick up and hold a product transported by the conveyor belt. Each support body is movable parallel to the rotation axis of the respective gripping head between an approached condition and a distanced condition. Each support body moves along the active branch with a speed equal to the transport speed.

A device for wrapping product wrappers including a winder, the winder including a gripper mechanically connected to a tubular shaft rotatable about and translatable along an approach axis, the gripper being rotatable and translatable integrally with the tubular shaft; an actuating rod active on the gripper and movable along an actuating axis, the actuating rod being movable along the actuating axis with respect to the tubular shaft and rotationally constrained to the tubular shaft, wherein the gripper is rotatable and movable following a translation of the actuating rod along the actuating axis; a first electric motor active on the actuating rod to translate the actuating rod along the actuating axis; and a second electric motor active on the tubular shaft to translate the tubular shaft along the approach axis. The device further includes a control unit configured to drive the first electric motor and the second electric motor.

Wrapping device for product wrappers

A machine for making filled pasta includes first and second feeding device for feeding first and second layers of pasta dough, and a shaping device for shaping the filled pasta, located downstream of the feeding devices. The machine controls the advancing of the first and second layers the respective feeding device such that at least along a first stretch of the path of the first layer between the first feeding device and the shaping device, an excess length of the first layer of pasta dough forms by gravity a respective bend along the unrolling direction and at least along a first stretch of the path of the second layer between the second feeding device and the shaping device, an excess length of the second layer of pasta dough forms by gravity a respective bend along the unrolling direction.

Machine for making filled pasta

A method of conveying products, whereby a product is fed by a conveying device along a path to a pickup station, through which is fed a gripping member for picking up the product; the product is secured to the conveying device, and a position of the product is detected to regulate the conveying device and feed the product to the pickup station in time with the gripping member.
