A metering device is for the volumetric metering of micro-tablets or the like and for transferring metered partial amounts of the micro-tablets into target containers. The metering device includes a metering unit with volumetrically specific metering chambers and a feed container, which is disposed above the metering unit in the direction of gravity. The feed container has an upper filling opening, lateral container walls and a lower container bottom with transfer openings for transferring the micro-tablets into the metering chambers. At least one retaining bottom is disposed in the feed container between the filling opening and the container bottom. The retaining bottom covers the transfer openings in the container bottom, at least one through-gap for the micro-tablets being formed at the side of the retaining bottom.

A capsule closure device is for closing two-piece capsules each having a capsule upper portion and a capsule lower portion. The capsule closure device includes a capsule upper portion receiving member and a capsule lower portion receiving member. The capsule upper portion receiving member has a receiving hole and an introduction hole which is arranged coaxially relative to the receiving hole. The capsule upper portion receiving member has at the inner side thereof between the receiving hole and the introduction hole a support shoulder for supporting the capsule upper portion. The capsule upper portion receiving member has at the inner side thereof at the introduction hole at least one ventilation hole.

A powder provisioning device is for a powder doser, in particular for a tamping pin station. The powder provisioning device comprises a powder container, which can be driven in rotation, for receiving a powder bed, and a stationarily mounted smoothing device for the powder bed. The stationarily mounted smoothing device includes a stirring unit having at least one stirrer which projects into the interior of the powder container and can be driven in rotation.

A sorting device for tablets for separating out multiple tablets has a plurality of stations including a feed station, a sorting station and an ejection station, and a tablet transporter which moves to the individual stations in a direction of rotation. The tablet transporter includes a row of tablet receivers for single tablets and a doublet receiver for multiple tablets which have been separated out. The doublet receiver is laterally next to the tablet receivers. An individual tablet receiver is laterally separated from the doublet receiver via a side wall. In the sorting station is a sorting tine which can be moved to and fro over a travel range in a lateral direction extending transversely to the direction of rotation such that the sorting tine passes over the region of a tablet receiver, the adjacent doublet receiver and the side wall located between them.

A capillary metering device for a powder product has a vibration body with a capillary formed within the vibration body for receiving and conveying the powder product. The vibration body is formed of at least two adjoining body parts, wherein the capillary is formed as a channel with at least one open side in the demounted state in at least one of the body parts. The open side of the channel in the mounted state is closed off by the adjoining body part. The vibration body is caused to vibrate with such an amplitude and frequency that a powder flow of the powder product passes through the capillary formed in the vibration body into a target container and that upon reaching a target quantity of the powder product in the target container the powder flow to the target container is interrupted.

Capillary metering device and method for operating such a capillary metering device

The invention relates to a filling assembly for volumetric metering of fine grained powder () and to a method for operating said filling assembly. The powder () is provided in a resting state in the storage container () arranged on the inlet side of a filling line (), and in the filling line () itself. The filling device () has a cover (), a filling line () led through the cover () and pressure line (), and also a pressure pulsation device (). A metering container () is moved with its filling opening () under the cover () of the filling device () in such a way that the filling line () and the pressure line () open into the interior () of the metering container (). By means of the pressure pulsation device (), a pressure (p) oscillating about the atmospheric ambient pressure (p) as an average is generated and, by means of the pressure line (), is transmitted into the interior () of the metering container (). Amplitude (a), frequency and period (t) of the oscillating pressure (p) are adjusted in such a way that the powder () in the filling line () is fluidized and, as a consequence of its inherent weight, falls through the filling line () into the metering container ().

Filling assembly for metering powder and method for operating such a filling assembly

The invention relates to a filling device () for the volumetric metering of powder (), particularly a powdery pharmaceutical. The filling device comprises a metering container () having an inner chamber () and a peripheral edge () around a filling opening () of the metering container (), a planar retaining device (), which is pervious to air, but impermeable to the powder (), and covers the filling opening () and the edge () when filling the metering container (), a filling pipe (), which is guided through the retaining device () and opens into the inner chamber () when filling the metering container (), and means for generating a pressure differential on the retaining device ().
