A method for determining the operating point of an electric motor-driven fan in a system that includes determining the operating point of a fan when a clear correlation between the speed, the performance, and the volumetric flow rate of the fan is not possible.

Method for determining the operating point

A system () has a control device () with central electronics () designed for connection and operation of differently coded electric motors (En), with different motor characteristics (Mn) and/or power classes (Ln), to a device connection () of the control device (). The at least one electric motor (En) is selectable from a number (n) of electric motor (En), that can be connected as intended, has a coding element (Kn). The central electronics () have a coding capture device () to recognize, via coding element (n), the motor characteristics (Mn) and/or the power class (Ln) of the respective currently connected electric motor (En).

System comprising component coding

A dynamically addressable master-slave system and a method for dynamically addressing slave units includes a master unit and a plurality of slave units, such that the slave units are interconnected with the master unit via a bus system. The respective network addresses of the slave units are assigned to the respective serial numbers of these slave units in a table in the master unit according to the position thereof in the system according to a determined order. Upon replacement of slave units, a list of serial numbers of the units to be replaced is transferred to the master unit in the sequence of the acquisition of the serial numbers, which master unit replaces these serial numbers in the table with the serial numbers of the replaced slave units transmitted to the master unit.

A pulse-controlled inverter with a variably controlled switching frequency for generating a sinusoidal alternating current for a motor. A control device is provided to control the switching frequency fof the pulse-controlled inverter as a function of the speed n of the motor.

The invention relates to a method for the closed-loop and open-loop control of two or more EC motors operated using a common converter, wherein for the purpose of setting the operating point of the EC motors, common open-loop or closed-loop control using at least one controller is provided, wherein a combination of at least two control options is provided and in this case a controlled variable regulates the voltage setting at the output of the converter such that the two or more EC motors follow an intended sequence of operating points in a stable manner.

The compensation arrangement () comprises an impedance (ZKOMP), of at least one first impedance (ZKOMP, R) between the stator () and the rotor-side bearing outer ring (). The impedance (ZKOMP) has at least one impedance (ZKOMP. S) between the stator () and the stator-side bearing outer ring ().

Apparatus for reducing dangerous bearing voltages

The present disclosure relates to an electronic circuit for detecting the current winding temperature of phase windings and/or other characteristics of an electronically commutated electric motor, which is connected, or can be connected, to a frequency converter, comprising one or more capacitive two-terminal networks with a temperature-dependent impedance, each network being arranged parallel to two winding terminals (u, v, w) of the phase windings, as well as a detector for detecting the current responses in the motor feeds on the basis of steep-flanked voltage changes at the output of the frequency converter.
