A method for producing ozone in an ozone generating machine, including the steps of: supplying feed gas containing dioxygen at a gas inlet (OIN) of an ozone generator (OzG), at a given feed gas flow and feed gas pressure; supplying an alternating electric current so as to create electric discharges to generate a given amount of ozone at a gas outlet (OOUT) of the ozone generator (OzG); adjusting electric current power and at least one of a plurality of process parameters comprising; characterized in that the method includes, during ozone production, the steps of: monitoring electric power and said at least one parameter of the plurality of process parameters; and adjusting the feed gas pressure in response to the adjustment of the electric current power and said at least one process parameter.

Method for controlling an ozone generating machine

A structural panel having a structural inner core with a male member and a female member. The female member is configured to receive the male member of a vertically adjacent panel therein and has a locking slot. The structural panel also includes a locking member operatively engageable to the male member and configurable between an unlocked configuration where it does not substantially project outside of lateral wall surfaces of the male member and a locked configuration where it projects outside of at least one of the lateral wall surfaces of the male member and is engaged in the locking slot of the vertically adjacent panel. A panel assembly, a method for building a building wall using multiple structural panels, a corner securement assembly for at least two horizontally adjacent structural panels and a method for securing two horizontally adjacent panels in a corner configuration are also provided.

The power supply unit for an ozone generating system generally has a pulsed current generator generating current pulses to be supplied to an ozone generator; and a computer adapted for obtaining an ozone yield based on a first amount of ozone to be generated by the current pulses during a first period of time and on a first amount of electricity consumed by the power supply unit during the first period of time; modifying an amplitude of the current pulses based on the ozone yield; obtaining an ozone production rate based on a second amount of ozone generated during a second given period of time; adjusting a frequency of the current pulses based on the ozone production rate; and wherein said steps are executed iteratively to enhance the ozone yield while meeting the ozone production rate.

Method and device for controlling an ozone generator power supply

The method for analyzing an ozone concentration comprising the steps of: providing at least one catalytic chamber having an ozone decomposition path between an inlet portion and an outlet portion thereof; receiving a sample flow of gas containing ozone by the inlet portion of the at least one catalytic chamber and along the ozone decomposition path; decomposing a totality of the ozone of the sample flow of gas into oxygen in an exothermic reaction along the ozone decomposition path of the catalytic chamber; measuring a first temperature value at a first position and measuring a second temperature value at a second position, the first and second positions being associated with the inlet and outlet portions; evaluating the ozone concentration of the sample flow of gas based on the temperature difference between the second temperature value and the first temperature value and calibration data; and generating a signal indicating the evaluated ozone concentration.

Ozone concentration analyzer and methods using same

A hybrid rectifier is provided including a top diode for conducting current during a positive current portion of a line current, a top transistor connected in parallel to the top diode, a bottom diode for conducting current during a negative current portion of the line current, and a bottom transistor connected in parallel to the bottom diode. A hybrid-rectifier controller is connected to the top transistor and the bottom transistor for implementing a transistor control strategy such that, during the positive current portion of the line current, the top diode conducts current and the bottom transistor conducts current only when the line current is below a sinusoidal reference current. Similarly, during the negative current portion of the line current, the bottom diode conducts current and the top transistor conducts current only when the line current is above the sinusoidal reference current.
