The invention discloses an arrangement for mechanically and electrically contacting a glow wire of a thermal radiation source, comprising a glow wire made of refractory metal having at least one flat connection surface to be contacted, a contact surface on which the glow wire is contacted, and a contacting means which connects the glow wire to the contact surface. The invention also relates to a method for producing the contact according to the invention. The problem addressed by the invention, of providing a reliable and enduringly stable mechanical and electrical contact of glow wires made of refractory metals, is solved in that the flat connection surface has at least two perforations and/or at a circumferential edge of the connection surface of the glow wire at least two recesses are formed, wherein the contacting means is integrally connected to the contact surface at the location of the perforations and/or recesses and forms both an electrical and a mechanical connection to the glow wire at the location of the perforations and/or recesses by means of a flange-like design of the contacting means above the connection surface of the glow wire.

Arrangement and method for mechanically and electrically contacting a glow wire of a thermal radiation source made of refractory metal for semiconductor and microsystem technology

A measuring device for sensing different gases and gas concentrations, includes an infrared radiation source, a measurement channel, which has an optical path and a gas interaction path, and radiation detectors arranged along the measurement channel. The optical path has a first band-pass interference filter arranged at a first deflection point and a first radiation detector is arranged after the band-pass interference filter. A method that uses the measuring device, includes: measurement radiation is introduced into the measurement channel containing the gas to be measured, the measurement radiation hits the first band-pass interference filter, wherein only radiation of a wavelength defined by the first band-pass interference filter hits the first radiation detector, radiation reflected at the band-pass interference filter is forwarded along the optical path in the measurement channel to a second radiation detector, and the gas concentrations measured by the radiation detectors are evaluated.

Measuring device and method for sensing different gases and gas concentrations

The invention relates to a micro-heating conductor for a radiation source, wherein the micro-heating conductor is formed from a meandering heating conductor structure which has meandering protrusions and spans a heating conductor structure plane with a surface normal, wherein adjacent meandering protrusions are formed in the heating conductor structure plane and so as to face away from one another in opposite directions. The object of specifying a heating conductor geometry which avoids the disadvantages of the prior art and can be integrated into compact infrared spectroscopic devices is achieved in that the micro-heating conductor comprises at least two heating conductor structures, wherein the heating conductor structures are arranged next to one another, wherein a surface normal of a heating conductor structure plane of a first heating conductor structure encloses an angle &#x3b1; with a surface normal of a second heating conductor structure plane of a second heating conductor structure and at least two meandering protrusions of the first heating conductor structure are connected to at least two meandering protrusions of the second heating conductor structure and are designed in an electrically interconnected manner, wherein the micro-heating conductor has a homogeneous thickness.
